Great product but delivery was late and damaged
Really love this product and the company but my recent order was disappointing. I had issues with the courier (no communication or notification that they had tried to deliver) which aguulp helped me resolve but when my order arrived (3 weeks after initially placing it) a number of the sachets had leaked and so everything was sticky. I placed an order when aguulp first launched and it was perfect, just a shame about the current packaging and delivery process given the price.

As for the sachets, we have been in the process of changing the packaging which has meant that some trial and error has taken place. Given what you're spending, I can see why this would be disappointing. We have just changed to the newest sachets which shouldn't have a problem. Not sure what’s going on or what’s…
Not sure what’s going on or what’s happening but I’m taking gut & brain and my life is changed. Maybe it’s placebo or maybe these things just genuinely work. I’m just amazed.
I’ve had really bad IBS for years and so many of the symptoms have already faded and I’ve only been taking them for two weeks. I’ve done a lot of travelling last few days in planes where usually I’d be super bloated and in pain and this time I felt nothing.
What’s even more unbelievable than gut - is brain!!! Since Covid started last year I’ve struggled to stay awake since beginning to work from home and since I started taking brain the change is UNBELIEVABLE. Like honestly. What the hell. Take brain take gut. They’re just amazing

I ordered the gut package and oh my goodness THE TASTE. It is awful. I have never tasted anything so bad in my life. They have marine collegen which seems to be derived from fish. You can really taste it. It tastes like chugging a load of fish sauce with added mint flavouring.

Customers who do not like the taste may mix it with some water or stir into a smoothie to dilute the product, we would recommend giving this a go! The best things come in small packages
I have used it for gut for a while now on subscription and have been regular for the first time in a long time. My bank card changed and one month was delayed because of that....I really noticed the difference!
I have been taking the brain one for the last couple of weeks too and have definitely been more focused.

Payment taken weeks ago yet still no product received
Placed an order on 29th August and money left account straight away. It’s now 13th September and I’ve still not received my order or even a confirmation email/status update to say it’s on its way. Even if product turns out to be great, serious work needed on the customer service and logistics side of things.

Great product, dissapointing delivery
Great product! Really noticed a significant difference with IBS symptoms after one month of gut and brain supplements. However my package arrived with several burst sachets leaving a messy clean up and a few sachets down for the month. I emailed the support about this and sent photos of the messy package, but I was a bit disappointed to receive no acknowledgement or reply. Left a bit of a bad aftertaste to what was a good experience with the product itself.

Awful customer service / order process
I ordered the trio pack as a one-off order. I never got a confirmation email with my order details/number or an account set up but multiple promo emails. When my parcel arrived one of the pouches had multiple open sachets which meant all of my sachets were covered in sticky yellow sugar that I had to clean. There was also no packing slip with my order details to complain. Not a great start. It's a month later and yesterday I saw that £100 has been charged to my bank account despite the fact I never set up a subscription. As I never received my order number in an email or my order I can't even complain about the order as I have no account to complain from. I've tried using the live chat twice and no-one has gotten back to me even though the average response time is menat to be "a few hours". I want a refund and to ensure any subscription falsely set up in my name is cancelled.

It's to our understanding that a member of our team has been in contact with you regarding your order and it has been sorted out. It appeared that you had clicked the 'subscribe and save' option when you ordered (setting up a monthly subscription which automatically takes payment the following month) If you wish to not have monthly payments/orders then you must click the 'one time purchase' option. It seems as though you had also made a typo in your email when signing up so you didn't receive confirmation of your order or access to your account. We have two emails for you in the system - one that you must have signed up to the newsletter with and one that you made the order/account with, it is the one that you made your account with that had the typo.
We're aware that we're in the middle of arranging the return/refund with you and your subscription was cancelled yesterday.
Apologies for all of the confusion and feel free to drop us a line if you have any other questions or concerns.

Double charge, no response from customer service
Website took my order twice, I tried to contact Aguulp by email and on Twitter as well but weeks later no one has replied. I’ve spent £400 when I meant to spend £200. Can’t recommend this company at all

Aguulp is so easy to use and actually feel it work
I use aguulp for gut and immunity every day in my morning routine and it feels like it works . Settles my gut issues and makes my well being feel better . I use aguulp for recovery if I have been training hard or enjoying drinks and if works great too .
So easy too use , if I’m going away or just on the go at home . Amazing product .

I had to pay duty on this product
I was recommended this product , and before even trying the product it has cost a simple fortune because I live in France … I paid 98€ for a month supply and today before I can receive delivery I had to pay 24€ for customs and excise, just a hard situation to swallow and can I afford to continue … not likely !!! I am very disappointed.

I’d read reviews about delays with ordering but I ordered on a Tues and received my order on the Friday morning.
I ordered Brain and Recovery. Recovery one is more like a gel and the taste is a little strange (personal palette maybe?). Brain tastes orangey as described.

So, I’ve just received my second order of Aguulp for gut as I’m a subscription customer.
I’ve never really suffered too much with stomach issues, ie, IBS or such. But I did often bloat after eating and my belly would stick out. I find the product really helpful and found that, over the last 30 days or so, my bloating has completely improved. My stomach feels a lot better. I feel a lot better.
I was sceptical at first and worried that I’d spent a lot of money on over priced, fancy vitamins. I was wrong. I love Aguulp and it really has made a difference in my life. It’s part of my morning routine now. I mix mine with some water and cordial and consume on an empty stomach.

Make Aguulp part of your daily routine
Absolutely love Aguulp, been having the Gut for a few months now, definitely feel less bloated and stomach feels more settled. Every morning I have Gut and Immunity together they taste great it's like a healthy cocktail that does you good.
Recommended Gut to a friend as she has gut problems and she says it's really helped her.
Evenings I have the Sleep, always had trouble getting to sleep but this sends me sleep fairly quickly

In love with Aguulp gut supplement
I absolutely love Aguulp! I've received my order without problems. I've tried their gut supplement and it's absolutely great! After only a few days, I've started feeling (and looking) a lot less bloated. The taste is lovely too. I'll place another order soon, I definitely want to try their brain supplement too! 100% recommended.

Aguulp brain is a life changer ❤️
After using Aguulp brain for 3weeks now I have noticed how my mental health has been a lot calmer. I am awake and alert during the day.
