Scammers. I have been trying to get a refund for my order since May this year. They have a video posted on their Aicashh ig page explaining they made a mistake on their end having the bikinis not fit the same way the previous batch fit. First I asked to exchange and they refused. Now I’m asking for a refund, they lied and told me their system wasn’t working for that and just do a chargeback. I did a chargeback and they fought against it!!! Now they are ignoring me on every platform. I absolutely hate companies like this. They are destined to fail

I ordered their mini skirt. I was very excited because you don't often find skirts with implemented shorts AND pockets, AND faux thong strings. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed, especially considering I payed 69.99€ in total for it (item and shipping, then I had to pay 22€ more when it actually got to my country in Europe). The shorts could be a bit tighter and provide more coverage in the back (if you have a bigger bum, the bottom of it will definitely be visible), the fake thong strings were a bit too loose and wide to actually look like real thong strings, the pockets are pretty much non-functional because of how small and flimsy they are and though the skirt was supposed to come with a lovely silver pin on the front - that was nowhere to be found :(. Considering the complete price of it all, I doubt it was worth it, please tread with caution

Ordered in December of 2023, didn’t get the correct size or even a reply after attempting to contact them three times.

I have not yet received the item I purchased. Despite reaching out to the seller, they have refused to dispatch the item and have chosen to ignore my inquiries. Furthermore, I have been blocked on all of their social media platforms after requesting either the dispatch of the item or a refund. It has come to my attention that other individuals have also experienced similar issues, waiting months without receiving their purchased items. In light of these circumstances, I have filed a case with my bank to address this matter. However, the seller has responded by harassing my bank for a chargeback and threatening legal action if I do not return the refund.
