On the 2nd October I placed an order through their Tiktok shop for two items. A sun tint and a makeup brush set. On the 5th October I had a message saying they had shipped the items and a few days later I received the package. When I opened the package the brush set was there however the sun tint wasn’t.
On the 7th October I sent a message though TikTok to ask for a refund for the item I hadn’t received. Peaches and cream messaged me and asked me for more photo proof which I sent. I then explained that instead of a refund I would be happy for them to send the item to me which they agreed. On the 8th October they asked for my name and address and aid they would send the item to me.
On the 9th October they messaged again to confirm that it was the sun tint missing and again I said yes. They then asked me again for my name and address which I provided again.
On the 12th October I still hadn’t received the item so I sent them a message on the chat. No reply.
On the 16th October I still hadn’t received the item so I sent them another message. No reply.
On the 19th October I still hadn’t received it so I sent another message. I received an automated chat bot message saying they they would contact the seller and ask what was happening.
Also on the 19th October I filed a dispute with TikTok shop as I still hadn’t received this item or a refund. This request was denied.
On the 21st October I again sent a message as I still haven’t received my item. I received a chat box message saying the refund is in review.
Again on the 21st I requested a refund for this item as I still haven’t received it. Again the refund was rejected!
I placed the order 20 days ago and I have been messed around, no one is contacting me. I have asked multiple times for a tracking number, an update on of a new item has been sent out and I’ve heard nothing. This is the worse customer service I have ever received and I am very disappointed. I have been going back and forth for over 2 weeks regarding this. A complete and utter waste of time. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

They sent this tiny little pot in an absolutely huge envelope, charging me £3.50 for the postage. The pot is as small as my thumb nail.

You haven’t addressed the issue of the size of the product , nor the total waste of packaging for such a tiny little pot. I have photos.

I visited the Liverpool store and was greeted by a lovely beauty adviser who showed me some of their new products. I bought the little pot of concealer balm which was available in 5 or 6 shades and cost £10. Absolutely love it!!! It’s just like the Beauty Pie superluminous stretchy concealer but a lot cheaper and a lot better colour match. I was paying £25 for a 4g pot at Beauty Pie but this was 5g for £10 and stays put all day without falling into the creases in my skin. I already recommended it to my 2 sisters and will buy another shade for when I get my summer tan.
The staff in Peaches & Cream are always lovely and attentive without being pushy on the sales.

The sun tint that is advertised all over TikTok is horrendous, do not buy! It doesn’t blend at all just gathers in areas of your face, it doesn’t set - no amount of powders setting sprays etc will make it set literally just sticks to everything and ruins your clothes. If it does eventually dry a few hours into your day it leaves it looking patchy and clumped areas of brown marks everywhere. So frustrating seeing people on TikTok post paid advertisements not actually showing how bad of a product it is. False advertisement - if you actually dig into some of the more hidden reviews a lot of other customers have said the same I’ve noticed.

I normally rant and rave about peaches and cream but I’m absolutely vivid, I ordered the 40 piece brush set and there was only 34 brushes in the box. I’ve contacted customer service and as I can see on other reviews I don’t have much hope in these being sorted. £120 isn’t money people have to just throw at makeup brushes these days so I’m so disappointed that this has happened

I bought two bronzers from their TikTok shop, and they arrived in bad condition. The bronzers were covered in water droplets and the boxes were somehow dry but since I didn't know where they came from, I decided to return them both. Unfortunately my return request was ignored despite them being unused, they also refused to refund me and I have received zero explanation as to why the brozenzers arrived wet first place. It didn't make sense. I do not recommend this brand since I wasted my money on something that may not be safe to use and looks gross. I feel like I've been scammed.

Worst customer service ever! I brought a bundle deal and only received a lip gloss!
Tbh I think this company just scams people out there money. People that work for this brand don’t help the situation. The branding looks cheap and the lip gloss I receive tbf I could got same from the pound shop but better. Actually disappointed in this brand and will not be using again.

I had two eye pencils that were broken inside and messaged Peaches and Cream on Instagram. They advised I send an email and were incredibly efficient and not only did they send me two eye pencils, they sent me four. I was very impressed with the level of service. I also love their packaging.

I have ordered make up brushes and they were shipped to my country and was informed that the courier did not find my address and so they returned the item back to the UK, although all details were given correctly as requested (and confirmed by email). No one even contacted me to ask for extra details if required.

I have informed their customer service and they informed me that they will re-ship the items. Its been more than two weeks since I was informed about the re-shipment and nothing happened.
and I did not even get my money back.
I feel scammed! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

NO the address given at checkout was NOT WRONG and I have confirmed that in the e-mail with you later on.
Also, you have been promising me since then to re-ship it, and I still did not receive anything from you.

I am so annoyed by this company and their replies !!! here or in the email !!! THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!!!

Thank you to the customer care team at Peaches and Cream. An issue with the courier meant that my order was lost in transit. When I asked Peaches to look into this for me they couldn't have done so any more promptly. My duplicate order was sent next day with some free gifts included which was unexpected and gratefully received.

I'm excited to try some new products and some old faves too.

Had a minor issue with my favourite brush which I’ve been buying for years now. Contacted customer service & they not only replied straight away, they sent me a couple of complimentary brushes. They didn’t need to do this at all, I was happy with just a replacement but honestly it was such a lovely surprise. Amazing service.

The service is amazing. The staff are incredible. There is no pressure to purchase anything in fact the sales assistant phoned Arnotts and got the bras put in hold for me because they didn't have the size in stock.

I couldn't fault Peaches & Cream. they are quick to communicate with you, fast shipping and if there is an issue they are happy to help and resolve the matter quickly. Highly recommend their brushes! Brilliant customer service xx
