I am yet to buy this item, I spoke to ppl from the brand at the Royal Easter Show. I was so tempted to purchase one but something stopped me. I love Trustpilot and it’s saved me from parting with my hard earned cash many times over.
After reading the reviews, I will not bother, I know sometimes things stop working, but if coupled with great customer service, I usually give it a go. Disappointed to read that the CS was sub par. I’ll keep looking for something g similar with better reviews.

While the product is great while it works, I’ve found in under a year (I purchased the hot water bottle in February 2025) I have had to have this replaced twice due to over expanding and just not charging anymore. In just over 3 months of the second replacement, the hot water bottle is dangerously over expanding again. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company with no luck.

The communication/customer service from Ailia has been pretty shocking. Even when I contacted them the first time, they just ghosted me and didn’t even tell me/confirm if a replacement would be (or had been) sent out. They will all of a sudden stop contact and just ghost.

I’m really disappointed because when it works, it’s actually so useful and helpful with my chronic palvic pain/endo. It’s just a shame that the company’s communication isn’t there and that I’ve had the product become faulty 3 times in less that a year after it was originally purchased.

I’ve even resorted to commenting on fb and Instagram posts from the company asking for a response or acknowledgment of my communication attempts to no avail.

An amazing hot water heat pack that heats up in 6 minutes.
HOWEVER, the waist strap that holds the heat pack is rubbish. I've been using mine for 8 months now and every time I stand up the strap separates and falls off my body. It needs Velcro on both sides of the strap so it stays together

Love this product! So effective, the heat lasts ages and doesn’t take long to heat up.

This product caused me 2nd degree burns which has led to permanent scars and the owner has left me for months with no message after offering a refund. I do not recommend this product at all

I purchased the Ailia Electric Hot Water Bottle + Body Strap (Green) on 18 April 2025. It arrived via post on 28 April 2025. I've used the hot water bottle religiously since. It definitely has assisted with my period pain. I also used it to help warm my bed as the nights have become quite cold with winter drawing near. I love this and have recommended to friends who have also purchased.

Really happy with the prompt delivery and the quality of my Ailia electric hot water bottle. Appreciated good service & product from an Aussie business and didn’t have to wait forever. I felt the pricing was reasonable. Been using it for about 2 months now on the daily. It is holding up well and I’m happy. I also purchased the body band to use with it, though unfortunately the Velcro lost its stickiness real quick. Can’t use it without using a giant bulldog clip to hold it together. Water bottle is still in brilliant condition!

Great product, until it stopped working. So far 7emails, Facebook messages and website requests and no response.

It suddenly stopped charging and there’s no support!
