DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought an outfit for my son's wedding and it looked nothing like what it looked like in the picture. After I sent them an email about it, they made me take pictures of me using a tape measurement to measure the clothes, someone taking my measurements like they did before I ordered and taking them again while I had the outfit on. Making me jump thru hoops. They finally decided that it looked like I didn't have the tape measure "just" right and they refused to refund me. I had to measure the outfit when I got it first got it to send to them to show them the measurements in the hip were not correct with their size chart. I told them this but it seems to make no difference.

please do NOT buy from ailsabridal.com ! The site puts up pictures of beautiful gowns .. then Bait n Switch .. ! after paying, they email over and over again getting you to "agree" that the dress(es) "might be different than the pictures .." ..yes Really ! I wouldn't agree to such misrepresentation, so I am basically going to cancel my ($350!) order. they must pay people who will just Exhaust you with emails and Delay and still wont accept Responsibility for their Advertising versus what they will represent to "custom make" and send to you .. !
Be Careful and if you do buy .. dont say I didnt Warn you .. !
