This is the second order I have made. Puzzles arrived quickly and are really pretty to do. I received a bonus with my last order of 5 puzzles. They gave me 5 sample puzzles as well so did one last night and the looked lovely

Buyer Beware - aimpuzzle is not a good company to deal with.
The puzzle I received had a missing piece right in the centre of the puzzle. Numerous emails to support@aimpuzzle then they offered a $3 refund or a discount on my next purchase and I get to keep the faulty puzzle. I refused as I paid $25.89US. The puzzle is useless- we cant pass it onto anyone else to do as its not complete. They then offered me a $4 refund. No way. They either should replace the faulty jigsaw or refund the total amount. I didnt pay to get a faulty jigsaw. Do the right thing aimpuzzle and refund me what I paid.

High quality puzzles that provide hours of entertainment. I started with the small one and thought that it would not challenge me at all and I’d finish it right away but that wasn’t the case. These puzzles are surprisingly different than other puzzles and take longer to be able to finish them. They are never boring and look like a piece of art once you finish it

I really enjoy the wooden puzzles, they are a slight challenge and that makes it more interesting. I love all of the shaped pieces. The only reason I didn't give all stars is because there was one broken piece, a curly cue nub. I was able to still fit it in... but it was a little disappointing.

The puzzles we received were really lovely and very good quality. However, their customer service is ABYSMAL. I ordered 5 large sized puzzles, 2 of which arrived at the small size. I contacted them immediately and requested to return the incorrect ones and that replacements be sent out. We then went through a process that took over 4 weeks of them offering me 10% off a future purchase, then $10, $15 etc, each time saying that was the most they could afford. In the end, we had to take it to PayPal resolution who, after thoroughly investigating, resolved in our favour and I got back the money for the incorrect puzzles. They also state on all their merchandising that if a piece is missing or faulty, go to them directly and they will rectify it. Oh no they won't! One of the pieces in one of the correct puzzles was broken and they didn't want anything to do with it. So on balance - AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - they are dishonest and dishonourable.
EDIT: This edit follows on from the response by Aimpuzzle. Your reply is nonsense - this matter was already 'escalated' a number of times by contacting the email address you supplied AND the one listed prior to raising an issue with PayPal. All you kept doing was offering small amounts and claiming you couldn't afford any more. Nor did you EVER offer to replace the broken piece as you claim will be done on your merchandising material. DISHONEST!

I ordered 5 puzzles. They took quite awhile to arrive. I love the packaging except that there is no indication on each box what's inside. They're mostly gifts but I had to open each one. I love the puzzles -- the pieces are fascinating, especially the animal shapes.

Delivery takes some time, but it's worth it. Good difficulty and excellent execution💯. After three puzzles, we want more 😁👍

I thoroughly enjoyed these puzzles. They held my interest and gave me determination to finish. Often I would walk away only to come back later and find several pieces to fit in. The unusual shapes challenge the mind.

I ordered the dragon puzzle for my sister so am yet to see how it looks. It did take a long time to come and I hope it will be worth the wait.

Arrived at its destination much earlier than I expected. The puzzle is identical to the one my sister had ordered from another retailer but it never arrived and was probably lost. The puzzle itself is nice, I expected it to be a little bigger but it's my fault because I didn't measure up. However, the evaluation remains positive.

Same as previous comments. After three weeks, I'm still waiting for the shipment to begin.

Every day I get the same email asking how was it? I’ve left two reviews about how unimpressed I was. Still I get the same message.

Made my order first week of January. Here it is, 1/31/2023, and my order has STILL NOT ARRIVED. Tracking doesn't even show it moving since 1/9. And yet I have gotten 3 requests to leave a review. I try hard to avoid purchasing anything that has to be shipped from overseas and am completely fed up with that information being hidden or misrepresented in advertisements for products. Is it any wonder a lot of us stick to Amazon Prime?!

Other reviewers are correct, these take a long time to arrive, you have to open the box to find out which puzzle is which, and there is a fair chance you will have broken pieces.
On the other hand, they are absorbing, beautiful and fun to do. I had a small round one for Christmas and bought 4 more plus a large one and a fox one. I have autism and ADHD, and have found the variety of shapes, the joy of the colours and the lack of guide picture make these a good 'go to'.
My biggest sadness is that all the small circle puzzles are cut with the same cutting template - the pictures may be different, but it's the same puzzle shapes in the same places. I'm now doing them picture side down to raise the challenge level. If you think this may bug you I would suggest buying the different shaped puzzles rather than the round ones.

The puzzle was fun, such unique shaped pieces. I may buy more in the future.

I received an aimpuzzle for Christmas, and I loved it so much I purchased 3 more! The colors are beautiful, and the pieces fit together perfectly. No two pieces are alike. I have ordered other wooden puzzles that were a LOT more expensive. This is now my go to for wooden puzzles!

Was very disappointed, I bought three as a gift for my husband. Every other puzzle we have bought had a decent size color picture of puzzle completed, these three had small pictures in box that are impossible for elderly to see. Totally disgusted.

This is the second time I purchased puzzles from your company , I order 3 weeks before Christmas they arrived on Jan 5. They were to be Christmas presents. They also had such a tiny images, some are even so blurry that you can’t see the colors or details of the design. The first time I ordered they came in a bag with a card attached showing the image it was small, but the puzzle was well done and I enjoyed working it. This time the puzzles arrived in boxes … my first thought was great but the boxes were sealed in plastic wrap with no image on the box to tell me which puzzle was inside. No numbers on box to identify which puzzle was inside each box , I ordered nine different puzzles.. I had to unseal each box, inside each box was a bag that had the puzzle pieces in it. Attach to bag was a small…. tiny image of the puzzle all were unreadable and blurred . I’ve tried to contact your company with no luck and no response. VERY UNHAPPY !

If you're looking for a gift with an "ontime" delivery, this aimpuzzle company is unreliable. Four weeks after I placed my order, I still had not received any shipping info from their customer service dept. When the charge appeared on my credit card statement, I let customer service know I was going to dispute the charge. Why should I pay for something I never received? Only then, did they send me 2 tracking numbers. The puzzles were finally delivered 4 weeks after the order was placed, but did not make it in time for Christmas!
