I wanted advice and comparisons for a few different units which George explained for me. Service was excellent, his help was excellent. No qualms whatsoever.

Had a problem with a dehumidifier so sent an email , phone the company 2 minutes after there opening time and spoke to George who had already read my email, I couldn't believe it. Sorted out the issue and replied to me within half an hour.

I ordered a Powrmatic Air Conditioner and was told the installation cost was for two people. Damien arrived on his own fortunately with all the equipment and did a fine job but it did need two people to lift the unit into position.

Fab customer service, had a slight issue with my order but George was a star and sorted it all out. Communication was excellent would definitely recommend.
