Second to none

I made contact to find out if they offered a spare cable tidy, which I had accidentally snapped off. The response was excellent, and they asked me to pack my very excellent dehumidifier in the original package, and they would arrange transportation to their workshop. Few days later I had an engineer's report, and it was being dispatched. It is now 5 working day since my initial report and I am expecting delivery this afternoon.

Outstanding Customer care

Contacted Meaco when our 20ltr dehumidifier stopped working completely halfway through its 5 year warranty.
They requested that I try a few trouble shooting steps which I followed without success and sent me a box so that I could return it.
It was picked up on 14/04/2026, inspected, repaired, tested and a service report was emailed to me on 17/04/2026, the dehumidifier was then returned to me on 20/04/2026.
Outstanding customer service, no dramas, it was collected, repaired and sent back in 6 days.
Makes me glad I chose Meaco for my dehumidifiers.

Excellent Customer Services

I had an issue with my dehumidifier, Meaco picked it up, rectified the problem and returned it, all within a week.
Excellent customer services communication from start to finish.
I would recommend Meaco products as I have 100% faith in the guarantee after care.

Excellent customer service & peace of mind

I recently had to utilise the warranty service for my Meaco dehumidifier, and the experience was so impressive.

While Meaco products are already well-regarded for their performance and efficiency, their customer service is what truly sets them apart from the competition.

After my initial contact, the process was simple and straightforward. I had a simple email response with a list of questions about my device and whether I needed a box supplied.

When I contacted by phone, I wasn't bounced around between automated menus; instead, I spoke with friendly, knowledgeable staff who actually seemed eager to help. They handled my repair request with zero fuss, making a potentially stressful situation completely painless.

The turnaround time was remarkably fast. I expected to be without my unit for weeks, but it was repaired and back at my door within a week. It’s rare to find a company that backs its warranty with such speed and genuine care.

If you are looking for a high-quality dehumidifier, Meaco is a fantastic choice. But more importantly, if you value peace of mind, knowing that a professional and responsive team has your back if anything goes wrong, then this is the brand to buy. Highly recommended!

Repair under warranty

Our meaco dehumidifier stopped working out of the blue. Warranty working well

My dehumidifier developed a fault after 2 and a half years of good service. The repair process was quick, painless and free due to the warranty. It was returned to me today 5 days after I dropped it off locally. That is impressive service.

Can't get past the AI to get a real person.

I want to talk to someone about the loud vibrating noise my new dehumidifier is making, but you can't get past the AI to get to an agent! It repeatedly says it will put you through but then after silence for a few seconds, it asks if you are still there, then when you confirm again you want to speak to an agent, it starts the whole conversation again! After nearly 5 minutes I gave up and sent an email, only to get a reply on how very busy they were and no timescale on when they will find the time to get back to you. I did get a rely by email a few hours later confirming that it sounds like a fault with my dehumidifier so I'll return it to the retailer for a refund, but I really wanted to talk to someone at Meaco so I'm leaving this review as it is because the AI phone loop needs changing ASAP.

Arête One 20L repair

We had an issue with our Arête One 20L model dehumidifier where the control panel was unresponsive. Meaco support were fantastic, and our dehumidifier is repaired back with us within a week. Excellent service, and great to see a company stand behind their products.

Was totally wrong. Email support was prompt and fantastic. New box arrived and unit picked up within days. A few days later had a response 'Replaced Display PCB Board, tested to ensure working as intended.' and the unit was delivered back to me
Working as good as new

Genuinely surprised these days to have such excellent customer service and warranty support

Thank you for your feedback. We understand the frustration when items are out of stock, but there is no need to avoid this one.

Each filter pack contains three filters, which provides around nine months of use based on the typical three-month lifespan per filter.

While we always aim to have stock available, demand for HEPA filters increases significantly during the pollen and condensation seasons.

If a replacement is left until the last minute, you may occasionally find them temporarily out of stock, but we work hard to replenish these quickly to ensure you can continue using your unit effectively.

My dehumidifier had been leaking water

My dehumidifier had been leaking water. Meaco were extremely helpful. They explained about their repairs service and sent me a returns label with instructions as to how send the dehumidifier back. They emailed with the problem they'd found, fixed it and returned my dehumidifier promptly. I couldn't have asked for better service or a fairer price for it.

Hight inacurate reads massively…

Highly inaccurate reads massively different to 3 thermo pro humidity sensors placed around the room the machines have to put it on 40 to keep it below 55 despite the machine reading 39 but the room is 55 just hammers the electric have sent numerous videos in to meaco

Thank you for your feedback around humidity readings. There are a few common misconceptions regarding how different devices read humidity. Portable hygrometers often remain static in one spot, whereas a dehumidifier continuously pulls air from across the room, providing a more dynamic reading of the overall environment.

It is also important to note that dehumidifier sensors are not designed for pinpoint laboratory accuracy; if they were, the machine would toggle on and off constantly, which is inefficient and hard on the components. This is why there is a standard leeway of around 5% built into the logic of the machine. Setting the unit slightly lower to achieve your desired ambient level is a standard way to manage this variance and ensure the room stays comfortable.

Had a problem with the on/off switch so contacted Customer Support. They arranged for it to be repaired and made it so easy. Harry did a great job making the arrangements and kept me informed with progress.
