Er ging iets mis bij het bestellen op de website, dus stuurde ik een e-mail. Snel antwoord, zeer behulpzaam, vervolgens snel verzonden, goed ingepakt, geen extra kosten en zeer vriendelijke communicatie.

Buks ter reparatie aangeboden, komt buks na reparatie terug met een loop die los zit in de actie.
Buks terug, weer gerepareerd alles schots en scheef. Als buks op actie word beetgepakt tikt de loop tegen de drukcilinder.
Reactie van de handelaar was totaal niet klant en oplossingsgericht. Geld kwijt en een buks die verder kapot is dan alleen het lekke O-ringetje wat moest worden vervangen.
Handelaar regeert niet op mail met foto en filmpjes waar het defect in word aangetoond.

I ordered an AEA HP SS Max in black by Northeast Airguns USA. When the package arrived they had send me a grey one, so not what I had ordered.
I complained about that and the company said I was B*tching.
I opened a dispute on PayPal to get my money back but the seller wanted to settle this by sending an adapter and moderator for free. BUT I had to release the payment first. So I trusted this company and agreed with this solution. Didn't got the adapter and moderator.
When I looked an tried the folding system it was folding downwards and hit the manometer, not a good plan.
Then I tried to fill the cilinder, and by my surprise (or not actually) the air leaked from the probe port and within a minute it was empty.
I had no time before because I am busy with an operation to get my hip replaced.
So all things on this rifle is bad, and now I know that the seller has deliberatly sold me a defective AEA maybe he thought I live in the Netherlands so it would cost me a lot to ship it back, and also customs was a shocking €158 which I can't claim back.
My trust in this seller has reached freezing point, so you should been warned about about this store. They deliver a bad product, make false promises and overall it's the worst seller I had.
I will contact PayPal or other channels to get my money back, so I will send it back and I will keep you posted what they decided to do.
I have send back the AEA at 25-7-2022 and mailed Northeast Airguns about that the rifle was defect on the stock and the probe whole. The seller was busy he wrote and feeled threatened about my claim to return my money. It has been 3 weeks ago and still no money back.
Customers are welcome to pay, by troubles stay away seems to be their motto.

Ik was op zoek naar een specifiek kompas en vond hem bij deze winkel. Liever bestel je dat niet per post, maar bij deze mensen zou ik er zo weer een met de post laten komen!
