No responsibility, no care
At the last minute, Alpha Customer Service Apprehension canceled the booking for my arrival at Sydney Airport.
I must book another provider on arrival, and obviously, I must pay a much higher rate for immediate booking! What a service! Plus, the anxiety of finding a replacement at the last minute.
I called him upon arrival at Sydney Airport. He said he was sorry. He would close in a few minutes but could arrange an after-hours pick-up. However, he did not arrange an after-hours pick-up!
We spoke at 3.45 pm on 0283551933 before leaving Melbourne; I told him my late arrival at 5.30 pm. I confirmed that I was inside the airplane, waiting immediately to fly. It is outside my control. So he knows that I am seriously flying and coming.
To my surprise
1. he said I could have arranged an after-hour booking, but he did not!!!, Just simply a lack of courtesy or interest in his customer care
2, The booking confirmation indicated that opening hours are Mon to Sun: 4.30 am to 10.30 pm. That is Obviously not the case.
Never again use this service!!
Asking for a refund of my deposit.
