Really good reliable service
Really good reliable service. Very nice polite helpful drivers. The mini bus was lovely and warm with temperature control. Jamel made us all feel special he was very attentive to my friend who was in his wheelchair, he made sure that he was comfortable and properly secured in. My friends went in the car and they were very happy with their journey. We will definitely use them again

Excellent company for airport transfers
Excellent company - would recommend. Smooth journeys to and from London Heathrow. Drivers arrived early, excellent communication, pleasant journeys both ways. We will definitely use Ground Transfersin the future.

Great Service
I booked Ground Transfers based on the 5 star ratings on Google and I am pleased to say that we also had a 5 star experience. We were constantly kept informed about our booking, when the driver would arrive and who they were. The cars were pristine and the drivers very professional. I would definitely choose Ground Transfers again.

As per my review of the outbound journey on 27 November, this time Tamas was waiting for me at the airport (having kept track of the changed arrival) and navigated us past the several road closures to get us back in good time.

Excellent Service
From initial booking with Oliver everything dealt in a very polite and professional manner. We had an Airport drop off and pick up.
Driver arrived a few minutes early. Car spotlessly clean. This is the second time we have used Ground Transfers and will definitely use them again.

Paul was fantastic on the way up to the airport he couldn't of done more to make the journey more comfortable.
I didn't catch the name of the driver on the way home . He was quiet which I didn't mind as after a 9 hour flight talking is the last thing on my mind . The only down fall was after such a long flight all you want to do is get home but the driver took such a long route home it felt forever. Other than that a pleasant experience all in . Will use again .

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. Drivers were courteous, well presented, on time and lovely clean cars. The texting system lets you know who the driver is and how to contact them. Can’t fault the service. Thank you! Will definitely be recommending and using again.
