I used Airport Parking Deals for airport parking and handed my car and keys to their driver as instructed on Monday, 14th of September 2026. Before leaving the car, I had more than £15 in coins, including £1 and £2 coins and smaller denominations, stored in the closed coin/storage tray in the car.

When I returned from my holiday, I noticed that the tray was open and virtually all of the coins had disappeared. Only two small-denomination coins remained.

I contacted Airport Parking Deals and explained exactly what had happened. Their response was essentially that they wanted video evidence from inside the car. I obviously don't have a camera recording the inside of my own car, so this isn't realistic evidence for a customer to provide.

I cannot say who took the money, because I did not witness anyone doing so. What I can say is that the money was present when I handed over the car, the car was subsequently in their custody, and almost all of it was missing when the car was returned.

I am leaving this review so that prospective customers can make an informed decision about leaving personal belongings or cash in their vehicles when using this service.

I would also like the company to explain what investigation they carried out into this incident, including who had possession of my keys and vehicle while I was away.

We parked at Heathrow Premium Parking at Terminal 3 bought through this site and I wouldn't recommend either of these companies. This is because the entry and exit fees rang up to over £30. I found this very expensive after we had already paid the online fee. it would be better to book the traditional meet and greet and leave car off site unless you don't mind the additional airport charges. Also we are told call 30 minutes before which we did but the driver left with our keys we waited 15 minutes which cost us £12.50 in further fees.

This a horrible company. The car was brought back after being parked under a pine tree, the inside of the car, front and back had moddy foot prints. On the outside somebody walked over the bonnet of the car and damaged the paint. Please don't use these clowns, no respect for your property and no way of launching a complaint

This company is absolute SCUM!

My wife parked her car there and on return she had noticed they took her pound coins, they had also taken the car somewhere and parked it where it was very muddy. When she got home 10 mins later she found out it had also been scratched.

Emailed them with no response.

Thieves who do damage and yes we choose our words carefully.

Money and charger disappeared from car , not sure what else just picked up car . 1,5h waiting for car. Keep away

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not book with this company they are an absolute shambles and should not be operating anywhere.

We booked meet and greet at Stansted airport, it clearly states on the confirmation to call when 30 mins away which I did and a guy answered after two or three times. He then advised to call back when we are 10 mins away which I did and to my surprise the phone was switched off. We proceeded to the orange car park in the hope they weee waiting for us and maybe the phone had lost reception and that’s the reason why the phone was off. This was not the case we waited over an hour and could not get hold of anyone. We had no choice and had to book another car park as we were already late for check in due the their negligence. On the way to the new car park which cost another £93 I revived a call from another number to advise that the guy I had originally spoken with when I was 30 mins away had fallen asleep. This was ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. I have tried calling the number back and emailed a complaint to the email address provided but no one ever answers the phone or have ever responded to my email.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST THEY ARE A SCAM AND A COMPLETE USELESS COMPANY WHO YIU CAN NEVER GET HOLD OFF.

Said there was a 2 hour wait to deliver my car beck to airport, had to get a taxi which cost £25 to take me to location and then I was told that they would reimburse me in 14 to 15 days , managed to get hold of someone else’s keys and not give them back till they transfered the money over to my account ..

After researching airport parking options, this looked like one of the cheapest. However, after booking, I received an email saying there would be an extra £26 charge on arrival. I tried to cancel immediately, but was told it would cost me £20 just to cancel. Very misleading pricing and feels like a complete scam.

Also, be careful about your car’s mileage and any belongings left inside. I’ve seen posts on Facebook from people claiming money was stolen from their cars and that their vehicles had significantly higher mileage when returned, suggesting they had been used while parked.

Very disappointing and unprofessional service.

The driver arrived late and caused unnecessary stress before my journey. When I tried to contact them, they were not answering the phone — and when they finally did, they cut the call.

On return, the situation was even worse. They did not provide the required parking ticket, which meant we were stuck at the airport barrier and had to wait while they tried to sort it out. This was extremely frustrating after a long trip.

To make matters worse, my car was returned dirty, which is completely unacceptable.

Overall, the service was unreliable, poorly managed, and lacked basic professionalism. I would not recommend this company.

Update : Disputed transaction with bank. Only took couple of days to get the money back. Banks are aware of them so dont even ask further info etc.

AVOID, Firstly instead of £10 fee mentioned that I have to pay in the airport, I paid £13 twice. Second it says call them 30min before each way, which we did but were told 40 min both ways which we had to wait. Then comes the best, on arrival told to wait 40min and then I received a call saying my car has been parked and key has been left on the wheel and driver left, DRIVER LEFT MY CAR WITH THE KEY PRESENT, anyone could have seen this and steal the car !! The car park ticket says entry at 22:40 but they called at 22:56 so we waited 16min unnecessary and also our car was left unattended for this long !! This is the worst service ever !!! I am taking this further !! Including bank dispute

Avoid this company, they took our car and when we came back they didn't pick up the phone, people waited 3hours for their cars, we also spent 3 hours at the airport to get back our car, they hide extra cost for the car park 26£ for orange short stay car😡😡😡😡 somone called to the police to get to know where is it car

Do not entrust your car to these people. They are an absolutely disgusting company. Their operations should be shut down. First of all, they don't provide the necessary information when booking. After payment is complete, they tell you that you will also have to pay an extra £10 for arrival and £10 for departure to Orange Park, but since your money has already been deducted, you can't cancel. Unless you take a screenshot, you don't receive an email or anything; they only show it once. When we arrived at the car park, they demanded £13 from us. I said I would pay it on the machine, but they insisted we give it to them. Since they didn't have change, I gave them £15, meaning I paid £30 more than the booking price. Also, on the return trip, despite notifying them half an hour beforehand, they kept us waiting for a full hour. Despite calling repeatedly, they didn't answer my subsequent calls; they only answered immediately when I called from a different number.

Mis-sold and very late return of car
We used the company to park at Stansted Airport.
The car park exit charge was £13 each way not £10 as listed on the website and contract.
The maximum wait time was listed as 30 minutes. It took nearly TWO HOURS for the car to be delivered back. We waited at the car park in the cold.
Staff were unhelpful. No one took responsibility for the poor service. No compensation offer.

Doggy company. Please stay away from them. When we call them no one answer the phone. no proper response the the email we sent. but here they say on the feedback, they are just a platfrom to make booking. they take the money and shift the blame on the parking company they use. All those companies listed are not legit.

while doing some research i found kangaroo parking which was mentioned on bbc and other website that they park their car on the road and it was documented with proof. other companies are just generic name they use to mislead the customers.

We booked two of our car for the april holiday and when we return, we were forced to wait over 3hours. at first they say the vehicle will be delivered in 30 min and we waited in the place where they mentioned. Even after 1 hour they didint come. We had our elderly parents and three kids, forced to go back to the airport and waited another 2 hours. after over 100s call, they said the vehicle was delivered. But we were still in the airport and haven't moved to the area they said they will be delivering the vehilce. they did not call us and inform about the status, simply parked the cars and left the key on the tyre. SUCH a Disgusting service.. We ended up paying the exit fee £28 each way total of £56 for their bullshit service we paid for. I am going to contact my bank and get my money back for sure.

this kind of companies should not exist.

Let me tell you in advance what their excuses will be for not returning your car on time:
• We mixed up your keys.
• Do you have a receipt? (They don’t give one, the driver turns up an hour late when you’re about to miss your flight.)
• We’re struggling to locate your car.
• Take a taxi home and we’ll give you a full refund.
• The landlord temporarily locked the car park.

The next morning:
• They keep you waiting 5–6 hours
• Ask you to go to one place and drop the car at the other end of the terminal then disappear
• Your key will be on top of the wheel.

Other issues:
• Very rude staff
• They answer your first call, then ignore you
• They never reply to emails
Oh yes, this service is called Heathrow Meet and Greet. Great service, right?

I booked Heathrow meet and greet parking via this website. On the day of departure, I called the provider 30 minutes before arriving at Terminal 4, as instructed. They told me to call again once I reached the car park. When I called again upon arrival, the person on the phone spoke very rudely and claimed I should have called 30 minutes earlier. When I explained that I had already done so, he said the driver would arrive within 20 minutes. However, the driver only arrived after one hour.
As a result of this delay, I was charged additional parking fees. Although I was supposed to pay £8, the driver demanded extra money because the car had been parked for over an hour. No receipt was provided, and I was forced to rush to catch my flight.

The situation worsened upon my return. After collecting my luggage, I contacted the provider and was told that my keys had been mixed up. When I informed them I had a spare key, they then said the location where my car was parked was locked. I was advised to take a taxi and assured that I would receive full compensation. I was also told to collect my car the following morning between 9:00 and 10:00, and that they would call to confirm.

After waiting until 10:00 without any communication, I called them myself and was told the car was ready. However, when I arrived, the car was not there. Despite calling 30 minutes before arrival, I had to wait over three hours and make multiple calls before my car was finally delivered. I was then told that the key had been left on top of the wheel, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the safety and security of my vehicle.

I am extremely disappointed that such a company is allowed to operate through this platform. This experience caused significant stress, inconvenience, and additional costs.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience on Tuesday, 7th April 2026, was nothing short of a nightmare.

I followed the instructions perfectly, calling 30 minutes before arrival. Instead of my car, I was told I’d be waiting over an hour. When I tried to speak to the representative, he hung up on me and then refused to answer any of my subsequent calls.

I was left stranded at the airport at 11:00 PM with my wife and four children. I eventually had to pay £35 for a taxi just to go and find my own vehicle because this company abandoned us.

The worst part? I wasn't alone. I witnessed several other frustrated families in the exact same position, all being ignored. This isn't just a delay; it’s a total failure to provide the service they were paid for.

I am demanding a full refund for the service and reimbursement for the taxi fare. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CAR OR YOUR FAMILY’S SAFETY.

Would but 0 stars if I could. It's a complete rip-off. A guy comes up but do not trust him he says he is gonna take your car and park it but he will keep it parked their the whole time on your holiday.Whe I came back my car was all dusty and dirty.
After calling them MULTIPLE TIMES they showed up. Forcing us to pay £20 again it was really dodgy please would not recommend
