The pickup was stressful due to the driver being late and not telephoning us. He could not locate us and telephone calls were cut off and the drivers command of English was not the best. He parked outside our home and made no attempt to handle our luggage except to put it into his car - which was too small and I had to travel with a large suitcase in the rear of the car. Modern, clean and reliable cars are stated on your website - the car was not clean and the red warning light flashing on the dashboard did not indicate reliability. It was a huge relief when the journey was over.

I thought the company was very efficient and reasonably priced. The car was spotlessly clean and the driver was polite and friendly.

Used Airport Specialist Cars for a flight returning into Heathrow at end of August 2025. Great service and experience. Our flight was slightly delayed but the driver monitored the situation and was there as soon as we had collected our luggage. Driver was very polite and friendly. Car clean and very comfortable, with complementary newspaper and water provided. Would recommend and use again! Thanks for a great service and experience.

Another lovely experience with Airport Specialists Car, this time to and from Gatwick. My drivers, Jose and Sandor were professional and very friendly. Sandor did not bat an eyelid when I nodded off in the car after seventeen hours of travelling. I would throughly recommend Airport Specialists Cars if you are looking for an airport transfer.

Friendly reception at airport, case carried by driver, offered water for the journey. Car was immaculate inside and out. Drive home very smooth. Definitely my go to company for excellent service, from booking to end.

Have just returned from holiday to US and used Airport Specialist Cars for both journeys. Again service was excellent, both drivers on time, polite and smart. Information for both journeys very good from office giving details about car and drivers. Was very tired arriving back in UK so was happy didn't have to drive.

Driver was there at arrivals ready for me. He was friendly and helpful. Good journey home car was comfortable, air con, great help on a hot day. Would recommend this company.

Very good service. We had an early pick up in the 10th June and afternoon collection from Bristol Airport, On time both legs, driver was amazing helping my mum in and out of the car. Will use again for a trip to the Airport as taken all stress out of driving and parking etc.
