Following your booking request, you will receive the details of your hire by email, in a pdf document. At 16:00hrs, the day before travelling you will receive a confirmation email or text message containing the Driver’s Name, Photograph & vehicle information. When your driver arrives, you will receive another message to tell you that they are at the pickup location. Good to have confirmation the day before
Good to have an update with details of car and driver the day before departure. Reassuring that the taxi will arrive on time. It did, probably a few minutes early so no time to get anxious that the taxi would not arrive.

The booking procedure was easy

Great option for bank holiday airport transfers
Our driver turned up a few minutes early. The car was spotless and we arrived in good time for our flights. I appreciated that I could pay online in advance and that I got the driver's details the night before including cell number - and it was Boxing Day.

Outstanding service.
The service was professional and friendly throughout. Booking was straight forward with all questions we had answered. The drivers turned up at the agreed time; they were well dressed, polite and their standard of driving was good. The vehicles were clean tidy and comfortable. All in all a very impressive service.
We have used various other companies for similar journeys but Airport Specialist Cars are at the top of their game. We thoroughly recommend them.

Good service from a local company.
Excellent easy to use on line booking and payment. Details of driver, car etc provided 24 hrs in advance with a text telling you when the driver had arrived. Reasonable and fair pricing.
