After a early morning pickup with a great driver and then a afternoon pickup with a driver that had cars issues but kept us updated we highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Easy to book, Jozef collected us on time, he was extremely polite and overall it was a pleasant trip after a long flight.

First time using this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Easy communication with Maria via email and link to online payment. Text received the day before to advise of the driver (Ibrahim) and vehicle. Our flight was delayed but this presented no problems and he was waiting for us in the drop and go car park. Very comfortable car and smooth journey home.

Perfect, hassle-free transfer to Southampton cruise terminal and back. Great communication throughout. Jose was our driver on the way down and he arrived early (but would have been happy to wait until the booked time). Provided bottled water and a newspaper and was polite and courteous. Felt very safe with his driving and when we arrived, Jose loaded our luggage onto a trolley for us.

For the return journey, Ian made contact well in advance of our booked time to find out when we had collected luggage and were ready to leave. Again, he was early, which was great and the whole experience was extremely positive and stress free.

I wouldn’t hesitate to book another transfer with airport specialist cars and would be happy with either of these drivers again.

Our driver arrived at the house slightly before time, was helpful, polite and knowledgeable of the airport situation. A text beforehand gave his name, contact number and a photo for easy identification plus car details. The car was clean and comfortable - the holiday had begun.
Our return driver sent a text to say when to let him know the luggage was collected and 5 minutes later he was outside to collect us. Again a text had also been sent with the car details, photo of the driver and contact number, so no mistakes. Our journey home was stress-free and peaceful. Thank you so much gentlemen for your reliability and professionalism.

Airport Specilist Cars is a Company I was already familiar with as the Company I used to work for used them for shuttling employees to and from the airports and as such I knew to expect high standards of service.
What made our experience so memorable is the driver we were assigned. Sander was professional and personable and the journey too and from the airport was stress free and enjoyable. Thank you Sander for looking after us.
