Excellent. They were very accommodating even though our flight was delayed by 2 hours. They still showed up in good time and were excellent with the transfer.

I travel to Hungary regularly, and Airport Transfer Budapest is excellent. Their vehicles are clean and the staff are professional and courteous. This stands in stark contrast to the incompetence and uncleanliness I repeatedly encounter with airport transfer services in London and Paris. Used this service for the first time 1 weeks ago in Budapest. Our flight was delayed a bit but as soon as I got to baggage claim the driver was in contact with me by whatsapp text. He found us at the given pickup point and got us to our rental flat, along the way giving us some great advice about Budapest. He stayed with us until he was sure we were in contact with the person we were renting from. We were so impressed that 3 days later we again used Airport Transfer Budapest for an early morning pick up from our rental flat to the airport. As before, i got an immediate confirmation when i booked on line and love the fact that several days before the trip I get a message with the assigned driver's name and mobile phone number. The driver was courteous, prompt and spoke great English. Airport Transfer Budapest's communication with me before my arrival was the best service I've experienced in my world travels. They sent informative whatsapp texts. emails, names of my drivers. Having peace of mind when arriving in a different country is very important to me. Our drivers gave us a lot of information and we felt it was brilliant value for money. Would definitely use again.

Great Service, was a mix up with times ( my fault ) and drivers waited on for us with no issues, would use again.

I was kept updated by the driver who arrived on time and helped loading and unloading our bags.
Also liked that you could pay cash or card at drop off.
Car was comfy, clean and warm.
