very fast delivery

I ordered what is termed a Load Support Kit for a Nissan NV200 and received with no problems except that one of the air connections was missing but after battling to contact them as they were all away I then was sent the missing part. However when I installed the kit to my vehicle it felt like I was driving on solid rubber blocks and the whole vehicle was shaking when going over the small stones in the road or any small bump. It was totally undriveable no matter how high or low the inflation pressure was set to. So I immediately removed the kit after it having only been on my vehicle for less than 30 minutes and driven less that 300 yards as the ride comfort was terrible. Ithe contacted the company and explained my predicament and requested that I return the kit as it was not fit for purpose. Well I received a very rude email stating that they had correctly supplied the kit that I had ordered and it was my fault that I had ordered a Kit that was only meant to be used for vehicles that are at full load all of the time. Well nowhere on their web site does it state this is only for use on a fully loaded vehicle but it does state that it improves ride quality, stability, handling and reduces roll. Well these statements are all incorrect because as I said it is like driving on a solid block of rubber without any suspension at all! As for me being able to return the kit that was still brand new this was completely rejected as I had installed the kit. irrespective of me explaining that it only been on for a very short duration they made the accusations that the kit was now scratched and damaged and that they had no use for it and refused offering me any compensation whatsoever. They then insulted my intelligence by saying that i did not know the difference between a motorhome and a campervan. This is the worst customer service that I have received and DO NOT recommend anyone to make use of this company as they simply do not care for their customers and insult them as well.

For some reason I didn’t receive a confirmation email ( it later turned up in spam) but I contacted AirRide to confirm purchase and possible delivery, very prompt and friendly reply, received the air bag next morning, fitted the same day perfect, brilliant service

Extremely helpful from start to finish. We needed an emergency part for our motorhome whilst on holiday. Kristine sorted the part out and sent it to site reception. We can now travel home safely. Highly recommend 😄

What a waste of money!!

The bespoke product and personalized service provided by Airride was second to none and have ensured that we now have a smooth ride in our converted Doblo. The only thing that was a bit of a let down was not having the ability to track our parcel, as it meant we missed the delivery of the airbag suspension and then had to organise a new delivery slot which meant delaying have the product fitted. Other than that I would whole heartedly recommend using Air Ride for any suspension system.

Had rear air suspension fitted on my Motorhome. Airide did a fantastic job, everything works and looks great. Would highly recommend using them, very professional.
