worst customer service ever!!! If you buy, don't like and expect a refund, forget about it!!! I've been waiting for 3 month for my refund and no refund yet! They say they did but they didn't. Think twice before before buying from them!!

I would give ZERO stars if possible. Took forever to arrive then I spent 3 weeks trying to return. I sent 24 emails to customer service with no reply. I only got a reply when I opened a claim with the Better Business Bureau and they gave me the return address. I sent with priority mail and tracked it. The product was received over a month ago. Now they are saying I need more proof of return… besides the tracking that shows it was returned to a person at their address. Submitted a second claim with the BBB and am disputing the charge through my credit card company now. Company is refusing to refund my money for this piece of crap that, by the way, doesn’t work. This company is shady and dishonest. Should be shut down. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! I wish I read reviews before making the mistake of ordering. I will get my money back one way or the other but I’m 99% sure it will not be from them. They should be shut down for good!
Also, total BS for trying to get through with the 888 number. They can’t seem to find my order and hung up on me. Cool.
Update: they magically found my information and then told me they issued a refund one month ago and still haven’t received

This product is a piece of absolute crap. Got mine in February, it’s already broken and they won’t return it. Do not waste your time or money. Cheaply made hunk of junk.

Broke after a few uses. Burning smell and motor that just stopped working. They said they'd issue a refund over a month ago and I still have not recieved one. They said they are just experiencing a high volume of calls etc, but I'm beginning to get suspicious. I bought it during a sale when it was $150. I'm going to keep emailing them to get the refund because that is a chunk of money I am not willing to just let go.
Very disappointed. Felt suspicious when I ordered it. Should have gone with my gut.
They said they would refund me. Then they said it was taking longer than expected because a large volume of returns. Then a couple weeks later they said they couldn't refund to the original card and asked for my bank account information. I said I wouldn't give them my bank info because that is a big red flag. I said I could give them another card to put the refund back on and they refuse. Every time I call I am put on hold.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. I received a defective product that began to smell of smoke and then had a burnt motor within 10 seconds of turning it on. When I tried to get a refund, they requested a photo of the defective item. How do you take a photo of a dead motor or the burning smell of wiring?
When I sent the item back with the item number, email communication, and in the proper packaging, they said they could not give me the refund because I did not have the tracking number. So I lost out on the money I spent, the defective product, and the time I wasted communicating with individuals who understand nothing about customer service.
I restate: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Piece of junk. Should have known due to long delays. Sent an e-mail when this broken on first use and it bounced back. Scam. Class action lawsuit vibes. E-mail address that was given when I placed the order has bounced. I have all my e-mail receipts including my original order e-mail with an e-mail address to contact for issues. It is non-operational now, hence no resolution. I’m happy to provide both my order e-mail, my copies of bounced e-mails about the defective item, and whatever proof you, or a class action lawyer would need.

This is a follow up to my prior review.
After no response from Airstyle and no ability to contact them, I contacted my credit card company. I was issued a refund pending an investigation. I’m very confident this will be settled in my favor.
Maybe if enough of us unsatisfied customers ( to say the least) dispute the charges for this piece of garbage, this company will be shut down!

Not only does this product not work, they won’t refund it! I contacted them upon receiving it, sent a video showing it doesn’t grab the hair or work properly and asked to send it back for a refund. They initially offered 1/2 (for a product that doesn’t work?!) and I insisted on a full refund. They’ve gone radio silent. Terrible service and product, do not waste your money! I now have to dispute with my credit card company.

This company does not operate ethically and I would give it 0 stars if I could. I received a box that arrived damaged and when I checked the contents the item was used. I emailed customer service and received no reply. I called them and finally got to speak to a service representative who sounded he was operating from an outside call center. He gave me instructions to mail back the product which he told me I had to use my own funds which I did, only to have them refuse it. I would not recommend this product or anything this company makes. Totally unethical and trash product.

Airstyler melted near the powerswitch. Only used it a few times and was within the 90 day return policy. It was actually a little over 30 days when I reached out. There is no way to turn it off without unplugging it and I can't take the head off due to the plastic that melted. I had only used it 5 minutes before I noticed a smell. I have short fine hair-fyi. So it doesn't take long to dry it.
They basically told me to kick rocks. The product is cheaply made, a fire hazard and the company seems a bit shady. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. GET A DYSON. Dyson hold true on their returns and products are quality. I should have known better.

No, the company did nothing. It was a total waste of time and money. Not a quality product or company.

Product is very cheaply made, broke in the first couple of uses. I contacted about a return and they said they would issue a refund since the product is not working and was within their warranty. Its been months and I am seeing no refund. I still am waiting and now their support email is a dead line. This company is a scam.

Would give zero stars if possible. Worst experience ever with a return. Have made numerous, more than 10, attempts via email and phone (with never a return call) to obtain a refund. They just keep saying a refund was issued and to check with my bank. It’s been almost a month and a half and nothing has returned to my bank for a credit. Don’t know where to go from here, but I would never recommend this company.

Update:
I finally managed to get a refund after weeks of emails and calls. If you are having the same problem, submit a request to talk about your order on the website. Make sure they confirm you have an order with them, then ask for a refund. I got blown off every other time. Keep screenshots!

I ordered 2 Airstyle PRO hairdryers from Airstyle.co. They sent me 2 hair removal devices instead. I have written to them 5 times and they will not respond. Either send the correct items or refund the cost. This is NOT a reliable company.

My boxes were damaged. I had ordered two. When I opened the one box one of the brushes had a hair in it. After giving them a week I am filing a claim with my credit card company. The absolutely worst experience ever

Awful, I was sent a used item in a broken box. The product is not powerful enough to dry a gain of sand in the desert.
Stay away..
I sent a return request by email.

Total Scam!!!!
I've lost my money on this. They sent me a used product, broken box, wrapped in tape. The packaging looking like it was pulled out of the garbage.
They won't answer emails and can't get through to customer service as it's a scam!! Genuine review, not paid to pretend it's amazing like the other reviews I've read.
