it’s a scam. i cancelled my order and they then refunded me, they they reversed the claim a month later. they keep charging my card. do not do not order!!!!

This company is a sham. Their website says that you can return a product but they don't provide any information on the website or with the product to do so. When you call the phone number on the website, it immediately puts you on hold and then allows you to leave a message. I have done that 3 times; they have called back ZERO. I have emailed; there is no response. That verbiage is on the website only to make them look legit. They have no intention of accepting any returns, much less giving a refund.

So, the company replied to me and left me the same phone # and email address as the one provided on the website. I was finally able to get through to a representative. She told me that she couldn't do anything because the purchase was more than 30 days ago. I explained that I had been trying to contact the company many times over that 30 days and that it wasn't until I posted this review that I got any response. The representative told me that she would talk to a Supervisor and call me on Monday. She called and left me a vm on Friday with an email address; however, the email address is not understandable in the voicemail. I will try to call back again tomorrow to be able to get the correct spelling of the support email address. So many steps just to be able to return a product!!!!

Can I give them a 0?? They shipped my item in only the product packaging - no outside shipping box. So as you can imagine it arrived completely destroyed, and they are not answering emails.

I already emailed the company at the email in their "reply" to me a month ago and never received a response.

Unit defective on first use. Smoked with noxious fumes. Unit was also not sturdy. Made the of inferior materials. Tried to contact company though email and customer service phone number. Left message with my number. There is no customer service! I do not advise anyone to do business with this company!!!

I never received the product. When I contacted the company to find out what happened, they told me they would send another one. That was over a month ago (and over two months since the original order). Of course they charged me already and took my money. Service is non-existent. I should have known better.

NO IDEA WHERE TO SHIP BACK THE PRODUCT AND IF I DO I'M AFRAID I DON'T GET MY MONEY BACK.

*EDITED TO ADD: I have emailed multiple times, spoken to someone on the phone, returned the product (on my own dime), and it is nearly a year later and I have not received my refund. They are no longer responding to my emails. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

100% scam. Garbage product, not as advertised. So chinsy that they feel like play toys. What you receive is not what’s shown on the website. Packaging and product does not state “AirStyle” anywhere.

I bought this item and it took 10+ days to get here. It totally sucks. It's loud and doesn't do what you would expect. I returned the item and sent them a picture of the shipping. It's been 20 days and I never got credited. I emailed them 24 hours ago and just got an email back saying my email is rejected. They did not answer the phone.

Has anyone been able to get the money back!?!?

Scam. Doesn’t send product and won’t issue a refund either.

Terrible customer service and product. I attempted to cancel my order within minutes of purchasing it with no response. Two months later, the cancellation still unresolved I was finally able to speak to a customer service representative and cancel it over the phone. The following day the product was shipped to me, and now they want me to ship it back and pay for the shipping fees. I finally received a refund and they resolved the issue.

I have never written a review before in my life, but here goes . This is a complete scam. I was lulled in by instagram’s nonstop advertising of the 5 best air wrap products. Fell for the free 2 day shipping. When the product didn’t arrive 10 days later, I emailed asking to cancel the order. They of course shipped anyway responding by saying they would get it out asap. Product arrived and emitted black smoke and toxic fumes. I emailed and went through several correspondences with the end result of being told , they want to resolve to our mutual satisfaction and the final was use as instructed and it will be fine . I called my credit card company for an investigation.
Beware of this scam!

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is a scam! I bought the product as a gift for my daughter. She did not like it, so I returned it and jumped through every ridiculous hoop the company presented. They do not make the return easy for customers. I am still waiting for my refund 2 months later. The company makes it impossible to reach a human to discuss my return. Stay away from this product and company!

UPDATE July 2023: I still have not received my refund. I did recontact the company and was told that it should be refunded in 7-10 business days. I hope they follow through. It has taken many emails and months for a simple return.

UPDATE Aug. 2023: Another call to the company with no refund yet. They said they are a small company, yet only have one phone number for customer service and no supervisor I can speak with regarding my issue of not receiving my return. Another email has been sent requesting my refund. It is so disappointing that a "company" would keep your money after returning their product to them and doing everything they requested to make the return. They are basically stealing my money. WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

It has been one year since I ordered this awful product and 11 months since I requested my refund. After mailing back the product per their instructions and contacting them numerous times for months afterwards, I still have no refund. I don't expect one, but I hope to help someone else to NOT order from this company. They are a sham and I will continue to warm others to avoid this company, so they don't get their money stolen.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. This company is a scam and I wish I could pursue legal action. They provided and absolutely garbage product. I followed their ridiculous return policy and confirmed that they received the product back. I have been unable to get a refund and it has been almost 2 months. You can't talk to anyone and miraculously the wonderful customer service agent who helped me with the return will not answer my email. Additionally when you call, you either get a voice mail box (which never gets returned) or you get put on hold and then your call drops. But don't worry, they will continue to email you relentlessly to ask how you like their product. I'm pissed.

I consider myself to be aware of scams, but I truly fell for this garbage company. Just like everyone who has written, I received a product that was useless, I sent it back per the company's ridiculous return policy. I received verification that the product was returned, but never received my money back. It has been more than 6 weeks. Every time I call, I am put on hold for 5 minutes, and then the call drops. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I agree with other reviewers!! Awful. Company/website reports money back guarantee. I called... actually got someone on the phone- i explained I was very dissatisfied with product and would like a refund & would like to know how to make that happen. Representative said they would send email with link... instructions. I never received. I also emailed the company.... never received a reply but I continue to receive advertisement emails from them- very frustrating. Absolute scam. And the videos with people “ actual users” promoting product... I’m sure they were paid.... company is definitely a SCAM
