Do not purchase. Hairdryer was ordered a month ago. It has not arrived. I think it’s a scam. I tried to cancel order day I purchased after reading reviews but they refused.

After 4 + weeks - hairdryer arrived. Its fine,it works.

J'ai acheté un sèche-cheveux chez Airtecho il y a six mois et dix jours. Je reçois le colis, en bon état, le sèche-cheveux est similaire à la description, mais il s'arrête de fonctionner du jour au lendemain, sans aucune raison (filtre propre etc.) et surtout, je l'ai très peu utilisé (un peu moins d'une fois par semaine). J'ai donc écrit au service après-vente pour leur faire part de ma mauvaise expérience, avec des vidéos à l'appui et ils m'ont proposé de racheter le sèche-cheveux, car il n'est soi-disant garanti que 6 mois et que j'avais dépassé la date de 10 jours! Bref, à fuir, ce sont des voleurs et leurs appareils sont de très mauvaise qualité !!

Tried to cancel within an hour of purchasing due to reviews which spooked me. They wouldn’t let me- scam scam scam! I flagged it with my bank and requested charge back so hopefully this awful company won’t get any $. Don’t buy.

I keep having electric shock and sparks from the plug. I have contacted the seller, and never had such a bad customer service. After a month of emails, pictures, videos sent, I was told this morning, this is due to dust, some melting parts, and how I have used their product. I have used the item 3 times , and contacted them straight away. Just Shocking! I didn't even want a refund but just an exchange, hoping it was just a faulty product, but the way they responded is just really putting you off. I , now want the money back for faulty item, and nothing is done. Terrible.

If I could give no stars I would have! My husband ordered a hairdryer from Airtecho intended for my birthday present. According to their website goods are dispatched within 2-3 business days of receiving payment and it intimates that they are a British company that will respond to any inquiries within 24 hours. All lies! Despite several emails to chase up delivery status as my birthday was looming my husband got no response so he had to reveal to me what he’d done. We immediately looked at trustpilot reviews which confirmed our suspicions that we were not going to be receiving the goods anytime soon if at all. We immediately disputed the payment through our credit card company and guess what? Within 24 hours we had an email asking us to cancel the chargeback and in return they would give us a 50% refund and the goods were still nowhere to be seen! We replied and said we no longer wanted the item as my birthday had now passed and we had bought a Dyson dryer instead. They went ahead and dispatched the goods which we said we would refuse delivery. Sneakily a signature wasn’t required just photo evidence. We have requested 4 times that they arrange to collect the unopened box but they keep offering a 50% refund if we cancel the chargeback. We have said to them if they give us the refund first we will cancel the chargeback as we have no faith or trust in this company for them to honour their word.
This morning we have had yet another email to say the return will be at our expense and that we will also have to pay customs duty to clear it back to china!
The address details on the website show a British address but the postcode listed does not exist and when I googled the street name it’s just a row of terraced houses.

The item never arrived, bought as a Christmas gift. Appears to be a Royal Mail issue rather than Company. However taken 3 months for the Company to do anything about it, and now they keep saying is that they can send me a new one, and wont provide a refund (despite it being 3 months after Christmas).

Multiple emails asking me to return the goods if I wanted a refund, not quite understanding the concept that you can't return something you haven't recieved.

Shocking customer service, no idea if the product would be good, but I wouldn't suggest risking it based on this experience.

Yes everything is not what it seems with this company and the 2 reviews on the web site were done by paid influencers and I too tried to cancel order and get my bank to retrieve my money as I assumed scam because of my interactions with the company.
At the end of the day after 4 months my wife says it works perfectly and I don't have to keep turning the volume up on the TV when she uses it .
For all intents and purposes it looks like total rip off of a Dyson at 1/2 the price .
Don't feel sorry for Dyson at all with overpriced products
Gave it 4 stars because 5 would mean everything is kosher with the experience.Its not

I realised I had been scammed the day after ordering when I looked at the reviews on trust pilot- I wish I had seen them before I ordered.
The hair dryer arrived, packaged lovely. However when using it I found my hair was tangling as it was drying and was practically frazzled. It took twice as long to dry. I don’t believe it is any where near a Dyson, as it claims on the SPONSORED selling site. IT IS A CHEAP HAIRDRYER!!!!
I complained to my bank and started a dispute, as I had used my credit card.
I am happy to say that I have been refunded by my bank but am receiving emails from the site asking me to cancel the dispute.
PLEASE AVOID THIS SELLER

Absolutely terrible. Do NOT order from these con artists. Shouldn't be allowed 1 star. Hairdryer awful, takes longer than usual to dry my hair, left it in a frizzy mess, cable so short I had to kneel on floor to use. The customer service is awful. Just keep relpying with the same old rubbish.

hab jetzt einsehen müssen, dass auch eine Strafanzeige nichts bringt und Klarna als Finanzdienstleister ja bereits in Vorkasse gegen airtecho gegangen ist - also:
Zahlen!! sonst riskiert Ihr einen Schufa-Negativ-Eintrag!!!
Einziges Hilfsmittel: Hände weg von China-Shops!

Eh bien !! Quelle surprise !! J’avais très peur d’avoir fait une bêtise en commandant mais je l’ai bien reçu et je suis très contente. À voir dans le temps 😊
J’ai même écrit au service client et j’ai eu une réponse rapide (le lendemain) donc même sur ce point, c’est tout à fait correct. Évidement je ne les ai pas sollicité pour un remboursement donc les échanges étaient assez simples.
Bon le seul bémol pour lequel j’enlève une étoile c’est le délai de livraison : 20 jours c’est un peu long

I.emailed the company and they said it s coming from China there is nothing to say this on the website do not order off thisnsite airtechuk

I can't and will not believe the reviews here that are more or less positive. This is a bad product from China made of cheap plastics. I am already trying to get my money back for almost two months. They keep on leading me on with generail mails. For more than 3 weeks my return package was 'lost' and now they have received it and they start about paying customs duty. I never received any comments about this before.

Recieved today after placing order on 7th Feb. Feel a little misled about the product being in UK and was really worried when I read some reviews on here. But overall very pleassed with the product

I have received my hair dryer this morning and I am quite surprised of the quality considering the reviews have been shocking with some. I used it this morning and am pleasantly surprised at how quick it dries my hair. It’s not overly heavy and is comfortable to hold. I’m still a little dubious due to the other reviews, plus the communication from the company has been quite slack. Ordered on 8th Feb and first confirmation email was on 16th Feb, following 3 emails from myself and 2 from my husband. The website makes you believe the site is UK based but the item was shipped from china (hence the delay). Would have been nice for this to be explained somewhere. The 1/3 day guide for shipping is clearly wrong. I’m remaining optimistic though.

I was sucked in with a 90 day returns policy & the fact that the product itself was so highly rated on an online review platform

The attachment's are held on with magnets that do not work- so none of the attachments stick at all. The power of the air just blows them right off and the body is falling apart because I’ve used it to rough dry my hair

I reported the problem and was told it was good quality and I should return to china at my own cost plus customs.

I sent videos etc to show them that the item must be faulty. But they are in China and well enough said in terms of getting an exchange, replacement or refund

Anyone thinking of ordering from these scammers please don't. Refused to cancel my order even though I requested one under 30 minutes from ordering.Made out that it had been shipped which was complete bs as it took 7 weeks to arrive. Trying to get a refund is impossible as they will just send you the same generic emails and finally you get a Chinese address to send it plus import fees are payable. Luckily I managed to get a charge back with my bank against them

Wat een oplichting. Geen enkele reactie om mijn bestelling te annuleren terwijl deze nog niet verzonden is. Ik heb het bij Klarna aangemeld. Ik kan me niet voorstellen dat ze hier nog zaken mee doen. Bestel niet aub
