It’s exactly the best hairdryer ever, i was shocked by the reviews here and I wanted to cancel my order and I did let know the bank aswell that maybe is a scam but I feel so bad after I took the dryer on my hands. My last dryer was Dyson and during the two years that i had the guaranty nothing happened but right after that started to have problems. I don’t know how long will survive this one but it’s the half of the money and is super strong and very light 🥰♥️ thank you 🙏

Bought in April 2023 ok. Now just randomly does most work. It’s only 8 months old and they want me to send£50 fee to then send a replacement out. It’s a joke just send me a replacement or refund please. AVOID made and customer service in China CRAP

So I saw the top 10 hairdryers advert and this hairdryer beat the Dyson and was 1/2 the price, (I should have though about that) but I immediately bought it for a Christmas present. Then I read the reviews below and though "oh no not another online scam". I waited a week and the delivery status didn't change from pending. I emailed the company and got a reply within 24 hours that it would be delivered within a week. 4 days later it arrived. It was very well packed in bubble wrap, the box is nice and yes it has thin plastic on the inside but I'm not paying for the packaging. The hairdryer looks good, feels nice puts out a really good amount of power and heat, the attachments are magnetic and fit on great. Yes buttons have Chinese on but also English, you don't need instructions as there are only 4 buttons that do exactly as they say. No it's not the Dyson but it never proclaimed to be, is it as good? I have no idea as I have never seen or used the Dyson. For the money I spent its worth it for me and I'm sure my wife will love it.

I’m very pleased with my Airtecho hairdryer. I was worried seeing poor reviews after I’d placed my order but I needn’t have worried. It arrived in 9 days, and is better than expected. It’s super lightweight, very powerful and really easy to use. The magnetic attachments all work well and the temperature and power controls give more flexibility in how I style my hair. Looks great too!

Do not buy anything from this company.

That's my message, because the product is a cheap and nasty copy of the Dyson hairdryers. The product comes in a well-designed box, which initially gives you some confidence, but when you open the box the inner tray, into which the hairdryer and attachments are secured, is cheap, thin plastic. Oh, and the instructions are all in Chinese.

The hairdryer is made using very cheap plastic, which gives off an unpleasant odour and all the attachments are equally poorly made.

Covered by a supposed 90-day money back guarantee, it has taken weeks to get just £140 back from the company (the purchase price was £179).

We only got £140 returned because of import duties the company told us that we had to pay when sending the item back to China.

But, this is scam, because returned products sent back to the country of origin should not have to incur import duties.

We also had to pay for internationally tracked postage (£30) in order to return the hairdryer, which they wouldn't refund.

Every aspect of how this company operates is a close to fraud as you can be, but just (probably) staying the right side of the law.

So, save yourself the stress of receiving a third-rate product or worrying about returns and refunds, simply avoid this company like the plague.

I was shocked to read the below reviews I think people are just impatient and expect everything to be Amazon next day. You will wait around 8 working days for this amazing hairdryer. Asked for a tracking update after 5 working days and they sent me one.
I love this hairdryer and I think it’s better than Dyson. Thank you so much.

I also was horrified to read the poor reviews after I had ordered it but thought I would give it a chance. It arrived after about 9 days and it’s great, lightweight but good quality with great attachments and works as well as I Dyson that I have tried in the past. The ‘scam’ appears to be the fake reviews saying it is hairdryer of the year 2023 and giving the impression its a UK company when it’s Chinese. I am actually pleased I have bought it after initially feeing duped.

To dage efter min bestilling, bliver alle pengene trukket fra mig kort, men uden nogen form for sporing af pakke eller lign. Efter 7 dages venten, begyndte jeg at blive utålmodig, og vælger derfor at sende dem en mail. Mailen kommer tilbage fra et ChatGPT link. Hvori jeg får besked om, at min pakke er på vej, men at jeg skal være tålmodig. Nu nogle dage efter, har jeg endnu ikke modtaget noget derfra, og er hverken blevet tilbudt noget kompensation for min venten, eller andre former for god kundeservice. Jeg er dog også spændt på, om jeg nogensinde modtaget mit produkt. Virkelig en dårlig oplevelse.

I too was horrified to read the negative reviews. I received it today after ordering it 7 days ago , it was packaged really well , professional box and exactly as its states . I'm a hairdresser by profession and I wreckon as I have a Dyson hairdryer aswell , its ruffled their feathers somewhat .Bonus is its half the price ,and the Dyson attachments fit it aswell 😅 .

Seien Sie sehr vorsichtig, Airtecho abgesehen von Betrügern sind sie auch krank. Nach einem Monat schrieben sie mir wieder, ich dachte, sie wollen das Problem lösen... Nun, sie wollten nicht nur, dass ich Klarna kontaktiere, um den Streit zu beenden, ich habe ihnen nein gesagt und sie schreiben seit 3 Tagen das Gleiche wie vor einem Monat... Ich kann mit diesen Leuten nicht umgehen... Das Positive, was ich gesehen habe, ist, dass Klarna nicht mehr auf der Airtecho-Seite aufgeführt ist

Was horrified, after reading reviews here, so tried to cancel order straight away, was also told already shipped but could return within 90 days! Which I was fully prepared to do, I even contacted Amex, to report possible fraudulent company…. The reason I have given 4 ****, is because customer service responded to me immediately, hair dryer arrived today, 8 days after I ordered it & I can’t believe I’m saying this BUT I’m really impressed by it!!!! It is everything it was described as being!!! Ultra lightweight, powerful, magnetic attachments, which don’t fall off!, & quiet ! It’s a solid hairdryer & yes, I may well have been scammed only by the fact I believed it was a UK based company, & may well have paid over the odds, I’m happy to keep it! So all is not lost …

Absolute scam.

Their website has a fake sale counter that never falls below 5 and resets to 75 in stock. The SALE ENDS counter resets every 24hrs.

Tried to cancel the order within hours. Sent 5 unanswered emails requesting cancellation of the order once I realised it was a scam. No replies.

After 4 days they sent an email apologising and said they had already shipped. This was proven to be a lie once I received their tracking number, because they had only generated a tracking number AFTER they claimed to have sent it.

Keep all your correspondence as evidence and raise a dispute with your bank.

VISA awarded me a full refund.

I suggest every other customer does the same.

Took ages to arrive, no packing slip, cant return, emails to them immediately blocked. They even set-up fake review sites rating their products best. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Like others, I bought this as it was top on a reviews site then realised my mistake after looking at Trustpilot. I immediately emailed the company to cancel the order but it had already been dispatched so there was nothing I can do.

I have emailed the company asking where I should return the item to as I do not want it but their email bounces back so I can only presume that I have now been blocked and I do not know what to do. I am aware I will have to pay for the shipping charges but I just need to know where to send it!

Hopefully AirTecho can advise on here seeing as they seem to have blocked my emails now? They will have until the day the product arrives until I have to escalate it with my bank.

Company advised Arden had already been shipped which was impossible, Status is still showing We've confirmed your order preparing for shipment. Please come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.
I have asked several times for cancellation and refund. I have now opened a Barclaycard dispute.

I would not buy from this company as like the review I read before they are advertising their company as UK based when the products are chinese. My hairdryer did not arrive in time and then I went out of the country so couldn't accept delivery. I have since emailed them on numerous occasions asking for my money back which they have replied with we are keeping 15% of your money which I am not at all happy with. I have since emailed them again today to find out that they have now reshipped the dryer to me when I don't want it. I contacted my credit card company to see if they can help but so far no. Do yourself a favour and do not buy from them as you are just wasting your money.

Same as everyone here I thought it’s a UK based but apparently it’s a hair dryer from China. I think selling something that is worth 30£ on AliExpress and even cheaper on taobao is a scam. So the moment I found out what this all about I wanted to return it immediately. (Blaming myself at the same time for not being able to recognize not trustworthy website)

I did receive the product and support answered instantly when I was emailing them. I also did get a refund too (170£ because I they made me pay tax and I also declared it as something worth 30£, not the full amount as they recommended) but reading all the comments here, I think I got lucky or maybe it’s because I purchased it with Klarna and opened a dispute, not sure.

Communication was very dodgy, never seen any support making such requests and reply in such a manner as they do. (It’s similar to when you message a seller on AliExpress) so I wouldn’t recommend anyone purchasing from them. I ended up spending 30£ to return and 9£ on tax.
