After having issues with a previous unit, the support team (especially Hannah) was incredible. They authorized an exchange for the Legacy PRO 2, and the difference is night and day. The new unit has a much better seal and the airflow is perfect.
Communication was transparent throughout the entire process, even when we had some courier issues. It’s great to see a brand that actually stands behind its products. Highly recommended!

AirVape is hands down the company with the best service other then the vapes they offer. Their customer service is responsive and takes care of the issue quick. I had a DaVinci broke in the last, their customer service didn’t respond in 72 hours!! Anyways, other than the CS, AirVape is finally a brand that is focusing on real bold design. I’ve been using it for almost 10 years. Keep up the good work for this space.

Garbage company so I'm guessing its a garbage product as well, i wouldn't know . I received my air vape royal edition yesterday and still haven't been able to use it. It came with no instructions and the QR code doesn't work. User manual is not available on website or is well hidden. Someone finally emailed me a link and upon carefully reviewing i find that there is alot not covered, like this little bag of pieces that i have no idea what they are or what to do with them. Is this device ready after charging or do i have to find a place to shove these pieces into device. Awful experience, but i guess that what I get for buying from a business run out of someone's moms garage in California

I have purchased vapes from this company in the past but their new vape, Legacy has been a real disappointment. I bought as an early purchaser to support the company and received a beta version and now they want me to pay to get what I originally paid for. Poorly run company, don't give them your money.

I love this store. What they say, they do. Very good quality products, and good prices. I would recommend this store to anyone 21 years or older. As the U.S. becomes more legal everyday, its nice to have such good quality choices. and their prices are excellent. thank you! For being my GO TO!
