I'm really disgusted that I even have to give them a one star cause they don't deserve it! Beware this company is a scam! They'll take your money then not listen to any of your emails or voicemails when you never receive your product. I've placed my order three weeks ago and I've gotten nothing from them. Oh I take that back I got an invoice the day I bought it with an order number and a click here to check tracking. Guess what that click here doesn't work go figure. I have sent several emails and left several voicemails and got nowhere with those either. They have an F rating with the BBB. So looks like I'm not the only one that got scammed unfortunately. Please don't buy from them. Now I have to go through my credit card company and file a dispute since they won't respond

Happened a few times too many on delayed shipping. Taking a week to process and ship orders is fairly long. Not a consistent service. The delivery vendors are consistent, but the time from giving your money over to them and them actually shipping the product, it's not very good. If you can just add on at least one week from the time you order and pay to the time they actually ship, you'll be ok. Won't buy from them again.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I ordered over $60 worth of product back in December and have yet to receive my product. No response to messages, yet my credit card was charged. This site is a SCAM!!!

I can't even begin to properly give Vapecentric.com the praise that they deserve. They have gone above and Beyond two separate times to rectify an issue that was a mistake on my end. They responded to emails within 24 hours and even called me personally to rectify the situation both times giving me their products which cost more than what I originally paid for this last time they even replaced a tank that wasn't working and sent a bunch of stickers and the mail got here within a day and a half. Use Vape Centric with all the hopes that you're going to get what you paid for and if not they will make it right

Best customer service ever. Vapecentric carries the brand I like at competitive prices. They went above and beyond to contact me for my last order.

First time ordering from the company and I have to admit. Some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. Will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I received my juice, it's over three years old! It's that dark brown oxidated color.. Tasted peppery. I should have listened to the reviews and not ordered from them.

If I could give zero starts I would. I placed my order 10 days ago, says shipped, however there is no tracking number. I have emailed them 5x and filled out their webform and even called them. They will not respond to me. I have no tracking number, no shipment, and no replies. I filed a dispute with my CC company. This company is a scam! Do not waste your money here. You wont get your order, but they will take your money. And they wont respond to you either.

So firstly even though I gave a good rating I am a real reviewer lol... As many times as I've had terrible experiences online I do try to give positive experiences too.

Living on the East Coast ($$$$) and in a rural area with no vehicle, I was determined to find reasonably priced vape stuff that ships quick. How had could that be?

Well it was not easy. If you're reading this you know that regulations around vape shipping are crazy and change from state to state, so finding a good product price alone never gave the full picture.
I tried several companies before Vape centric that I won't shame here, that seemed to unfortunately take advantage of laws, and charged me "signature fees" even though I never had to sign for anything.
One order took SIX WEEKS to deliver !!
So when I finally placed an order with vape centric I was skeptical.

Man ohh man, was I happy I found Vape Centric! I received my order in 3 DAYS (from the west coast) mind you this was the free shipping option!
ZERO extra fees , zero problems.
The order was perfect, and priced exactly as listed.

I have no hesitation to recommend Vape centric for online value, speed and accuracy. Thanks man!

Products were sold 4 years past expiration! Everything was written in German. Terrible customer service. HORRIBLE!!!

Vapecentric should be blocked from selling products. They ripped me off. Sent 3 year expired vape oil. The writting on entire box foreign no english. That falls under a federal violation . It is difficult to contact any customer service. I feel ill and different after vaping this oil. Ive been on this product 3 yrs.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars for these crooks, I would. I ordered two 100ml bottles of Blackberry Jam Monster from them. When they arrived, the bottles were not in Jam Monster boxes and the bottle caps had tape around them. No big deal I thought, this is how I would receive them, from other companies when I was overseas. Then I discovered the cap seals broken on both bottles. When I took the caps off, I could tell right away that I had been charged a premium juice price for a house product in a premium juice bottle that tastes like garbage. Fair warning, stay away from these shysters! Now I'll have to go to my bank to dispute the charges. I'm also going to report them to Jam Monster. STAY AWAY FROM THE RIPOFF ARTISTS AT VAPECRENTRIC!

I saw very mixed reviews so I was leery, but they had my favorite juice that I couldn't find anywhere else (Milkshake Liquids), so I rolled the dice. To my pleasant surprise, the half dozen juices I ordered arrived two days later. Now I live in Southern CA, so I'm in the same area, and that helps, but they sent the right stuff and shipped it out the very next day.

They have Boosted milkshake juices, which I hadn't seen anywhere else. I ordered banana and vanilla and both of these turned out to be good - and there aren't a lot of good milkshake vape juices out there.

I saw someone say that they don't have legit juices because a couple bottles had "generic" labels on them. This also concerned me, but I also saw bottles with the current official label, so again I rolled the dice. I think the couple generic labels are from earlier versions of the brands, which might mean that these juices are older, but I have sampled both of them and they were good.

I like good small businesses, so I hope that this place continues to do good work like this, and maybe gets the good reviews that come with that. All I can do is report my own experience. I appreciate others tho, who share their honest experience because that helps all of us.

I have been using Vapecentric on and off to purchase my husband’s ejuice for years. As long as there aren’t any issues with your order they’re fine, but if you have an issue, good luck getting it resolved… I ordered 6 bottles of vape juice a couple of weeks ago and only received 5. I left a message with them and…crickets. No reply, no nothing. If you use this company and have an issue with your order, expect to get ghosted.

Horrible absolutely worst experience I've ever had from a vape company and forget about customer service there isn't any. I've been trying for over a week to get ahold of someone no response to a single message. Cost me $17 for shipping and it has been 2 weeks I stayed home all day long and they said they tried to deliver but failed attempt no one was home that's a lie I got my regular mail I was here when they put it in my mailbox but nobody else came now I can't take another day off waiting for a vape order it's ridiculous. I ordered from vapesourcing a week after I ordered from them and got my order in my mailbox in 4 days no sitting around waiting for someone not to come but say they did. It should not take them over a week to answer a message they obviously don't care about you once they have your money. I wish I had looked at their trust pilot reviews before I ordered because they have a terrible rating and it looks like alot of people have problems with them. Do yourself a favor don't order from them and pay the ridiculous shipping fees order from vapesourcing their USA warehouses no signature required cheap delivery fee and great customer service with a enormous selection and the best prices for disposable and vape kits stay far away from this Vapecentric. Maybe if they had some kind of customer service and they would have at the very least responded after a week of messages they would have gotten a better score but they don't deserve one after this nightmare

Bottles come with seals broken two thirds of the time there add shows two bottles for 14.99 then tell u u gat 2.00 off and u think your hating four pacs when u gay it u receive four single bottles when ejuoce sells two bottles for 15.99 and u get two bottle per box like ur supposed to cape centric is just a straight crook

I've made two bigger purchases with them and they were great. My last order was eight bottles 100ml and when I got the order delivered, I only got seven. I looked at my bank statements and they refunded me the money for the bottle with no problems. I'm up in Ontario, Canada so the shipping took a while, but it had nothing to do with Vapcentric, it was USPS and customs taking forever. I will definetely use them again, thanks Vapcentric!

I really wanted to be a good customer with this site. Even though I got expired juices, even though I got a previous bottle with a broken seal, even though they sent me the wrong bottle of juice and even though they sent me expired juice once again. I did understand that the "special buy" they advertise is expired or close to expired juice but paying full price still have troubles. I will say that they did help me the last time I had a problem, but I took a chance and feel totally duped.

Out of all the sites I have ever ordered juice from this sites the only one I've had these things happen. Not to mention the lack of response when trying to reach out to their customer service. I'll take it as a loss and move on. Just hope my experience will help an unwitting buyer.
