I ordered late may and still haven't received it (august), not happy

This is a total scam. I bought something maybe 5 months ago and never got any sort of tracking or info. Reached out to them, they said it will ship shortly. Weeks go by and still nothing.. I email a couple more times and they didn’t respond anymore. Eventually disputed with my bank and got my money back. Anyways…Do not buy.

I placed an order in April and still haven't received it til this day (Aug). I emailed thw company for a refund and they replies to me twice saying it'll arrive soon. I asked them again for a refund and haven't gotten a response since may. Scammers and filthy rats!

WISH I'D READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. I ordered one of their sale packages as a surprise for my partner at the beginning of March. I received an order confirmation email but nothing else. After 4 weeks I contacted them asking for an update to which they replied there was a problem with the courier and the package is now on its way. Well now its been nearly 3 months since my order and NOTHING. I have emailed them and contacted them via their website multiple times and they have completely ignored me. DO NOT BUY.

I placed an order with AirVinyls over a week ago, and my payment was immediately processed. Since then, I have received zero communication—no confirmation email, no shipping updates, and no response to my attempts to contact their support team.

This kind of service is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I expected at least basic transparency about the status of my purchase. Instead, I’ve been left completely in the dark.

At this point, I have no choice but to escalate the issue to regulatory authorities and my payment provider, as this experience borders on fraudulent behavior.

I do not recommend this company to anyone until they demonstrate accountability and fix their customer service and order fulfillment process.

If I could give this 'business' a ZERO star rating I would. This has been the most frustrating experience with an online purchase - nothing compares. I ordered my AirVinyls on February 19, 2025. To this date - now 3 months after my order and payment - I have nothing to show for my purchase. It was a surprise purchase for my daughter, and unfortunately I've had to explain that this site is nothing more than a SCAM in my opinion. I don't understand their presence on Instagram or anywhere else online for that matter, as their business ethic falls nothing short of complete disrespect for their customer. I have emailed them countless times, each time receiving a response telling me there was "an unexpected issue with the shipping courier...now found the best solution to resolve this...package will be on its way shortly". I have repeatedly received this exact response since mid-April. Well what exactly defines a reasonable timeline for resolving the delay and delivery? I have no access to have my money refunded as they tell me they cannot do this since order is still in process so I'm stuck in this loop of what only feels like a bunch of lies. I strongly recommend DO NOT purchase or consider buying from this website. NOT to be trusted.

SCAM. After a couple days I decided to track my package. It said it had already been delivered, but I had received nothing and online it says 5-14 days. I reached out and they said there was "an issue" and they would let me know when it was on its way. Another week and no update. I tried emailing, but no response this time. I tried the support email from the website and it bounced back saying the address is not valid. It's been over 2 weeks and no product and no answers. Scam.

I saw this product on TikTok and I thought "wow, this would make an incredible gift for my girlfriend." I saw all the amazing choices of albums and pricing seemed decent. They will take your money and that is where it ends. It's been 2 almost 3 months since I ordered and after 2 emails asking for any sort of update I get 2 of the same copy+pasted responses and refuse to give me a refund. I hope everyone has better luck than myself.

Scammers - the listing shows a turntable with an air freshener on it and is titled "Turntable Air Freshener". What they actually send you is just one tiny air freshener replacement and not the turntable!

Deliberate scammers, they refuse to supply the turntable (do they even exist?) and refuse to refund - I have complained through my credit card company for a refund.

Site(s) need shutting down.

I ordered my item in early December 2024. I did not get a notification of shipment until December 26th and it is March and I did not receive it. There isn't a lot of recourse for getting money back from an overseas vendor, but if enough people file suit against Alphabet, the parent company of Google and owner of GMail, it may be possible to get them to suspend and/or unmask the owner of the account in question.

I orderd on the 3th of february and stil didn’t receive my order. Send an email and they said my order is still in progress. This site is a scam don’t order from them..

Ordered early December for holiday present arrived 2/7! Product is very cheaply made.

Do not buy on this site I bought on December 5th, nothing ever arrived and they do not want to refund me and do not respond, Order #76637, beware of scams. I wrote 10 emails but nothing. The package never arrived and the tracking is not valid

Similar experience to other customers. I seen an ad on Instagram for this car air freshener and thought it would be a nice stocking filler present for Christmas. I ordered on 6th of December and it confirmed 10 working days delivery. When I received the tracking information, I discovered this item was coming from China and wasn't going to arrive in time for Christmas so I was disappointed. But it still hadn't arrived well after Christmas. I made contact with them and was told there was an issue with their warehouse, they would send again and it would take 5 days. Emailed them again as I still haven't received and they haven't responded. They delete comments under their posts on Instagram. I have had to claim the money back through my bank. This is a scam.

HORRIBLE. I only got part of my order. Made a 2nd order and never received it at all. 3 months & multiple emails later I am still be told to "be patient" and no refund. Do not waste your time or money.

Avoid at all costs. Complete scam. I ordered in 11 December 2024. I gave email and like everyone else go an email from the infamous John. First it was the change of warehouse and then something else. Last email was told I would receive it within 7 days. Lo and behold nothing. Just a complete and utter con artist. They might look cute but don’t bother. As for the reviews that say they have received them, they are probably a scam too

Unlike many reviews although my order took ages to arrive it finally did. However out of the 10 discs I excitedly choose for my friends only 4 came that I chose the rest were a random mix. Definitely not worth the money.

Item never arrived, emails back and forth with the promise of delivery but item still hasn’t arrived, requests for refunds ignored
