Same as most other reviews. Ordered on 11th December as a Xmas present, just arrived today. When I chased I got sold the story of them moving warehouse. There was no indication when ordering that they were shipping from China. The actual turntable looks ok but on one vinyl the picture is cut off and the other one is not the one I ordered.

Glad these didn't cost too much because I know I won't be getting a refund!

Took a wee while but I expected that to be honest. Ordered 12th December and arrived 8th January to New Zealand. Got what I ordered and it’s cute. Doesn’t really smell much in the car but I got it more for aesthetic anyway :)

I would give them a zero if I could. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Awful customer service. Ordered early December and they still haven't shipped. I emailed three weeks ago and they send they were being sent out but still nothing. I asked for a refund and they keep saying its coming but it hasn't been sent so why not refund?

Placed an order on 12/9 and as of 1/6 it still has not arrived. I got a shipment confirmation e-mail on 12/14 with YunExpress tracking but tracking has said ‘Processing’ since 12/14 and has never updated. I’ve e-mailed them several times asking for an update on my order but have never gotten a response. However from reading reviews it’s not like a response would help anyway. I doubt I’ll ever get my order at this point. This company is a joke and it’s my fault for ordering from them without looking into it first. Save your time and money and avoid this company.

I was getting nervous from the reviews and thought I possibly got scammed. I ordered December 10th and finally recieved them Jan 6. Everything seems to be in order. The smell kind of reminds me of a cheap cologne. It would be nice if you could pick out the scent.

Awful company ordered on the 5th Dec, chased 17th dec received an email saying was moving warehouses and would be with me within 5 days! Order finally arrived 30th December but missing the actual scented turntables emailed again no response!!! Obviously now avoiding my emails as asking for a refund! What a scam!

Bought 2 separate orders, first order was for 2 turntables and discs, took forever to arrive and when it did it was half an order,
The second order for more discs is showing delivered but nothing has come here,
I have emailed the company 4 times now and no response
Today I rang my bank and I am so glad I did as the sh#ts have placed a recurring charge to be taken out monthly
AVOID AND CHECK YOUR BANKS AS THEY ARE HELPING THEMSELVES TO YOUR MONEY AND YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW
Would give them 0 stars but I can’t as it won’t let me
Have since found out they are selling the same air freshener on Temu for £2.25 but you can’t select discs
They are obv buying in bulk from Temu or Ali express and printing the cover onto the 3 discs that comes with the Temu one!
Please please if you are reading this ring your bank and get a block on this scabby scam company 🤬

I ordered on 7th December and received confirmation. Having read the reviews afterwards, and with the items not arriving before Xmas, I had given up hope of receiving them. No reply to my email requesting an update. Then tracking was updated and it looked like they had arrived in the UK.
Lo and behold, they turned up, by Evri courier today.
Received the correct items and they look really cute, just a bit later than hoped for.

Same as everyone else I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering 2 discs and a player freshener. I ordered beginning of December as a gift hoping they would get it by Christmas. Its now almost a month later and no one is responding to my emails or instagram messages. I still have not even received a confirmation email from the purchase but of course the money was charged to my bank. This business is a joke.

I ordered £24 worth of of turntables with 6 tracks on the 10th of December and I had nothing come through, I emailed later on the 16th of December asking about how long it would take as it was going to be a christmas gift to my mother i got a reply from someone called John saying they were moving warehouses and how it would take 4-5 business days to arrive and that i would get a tracking number once available it’s now the 3rd of January and i’ve had no tracking number and no parcel come through i do not recommend wasting time on this and i am deeply upset as i had to get spend more money to get my mum a new christmas present seeing as i am only young and earning £6.40 an hour it took me a lot of working hours to get this gift and then having to go spend more so she had something to open on the day, do not waste time on this company

Same feedback as everyone else. Ordered in mid December without knowing it would ship from China. I received confirmation that the order was received and I received a tracking number the next day for a company called YunExpress. Since that date, the shipping status has remained "processing" but not shipped. It's been 3 weeks. I also reached out to the company on the 17th about when I should expect my order and 3 days later I received a response stating the same "moving warehouses" story. The responder said "Your delivery should take an additional 4 - 5 business days to arrive at your address!"
It's January 1, and no update to the shipping tracker and no package. Avoid!

I placed my order for 1 turntable and 2 discs. I got a tracking number but it didn't say when it would be delivered. I emailed airvnyls a couple of times and their response was "its been sent, you will get it soon."

When it did arrive, I only received the disks but no the turntable. To make it worse, they charged my credit card twice for different amounts. I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company

I placed my order on 30th Nov. My payment was taken on the same day. I received an email stating that the parcel was despatched on 11th Dec. It was meant to be a xmas present. It still hasn't arrived on 29th Dec - very disapointing.

Would give zero stars if I could. Total rip-off. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Sent an order at the start of December no update since the 14th, this was supposed to be a christmas present, just had a refund from my bank as I disputed it, avoid them

Edit: they arrived a few days ago, but what I have noticed is the original company has been deleted from Facebook something is definitely not right

Same as everyone, did not read reviews prior to purchase. Placed my order Dec 16 hoping to receive my order by Christmas, it is now Dec 28. Still no product, no update on tracking info and no response from customer service. I am completely disappointed. Shut em down!!

Placed my order on December 4th and as of December 27th, I still have not received the vinyl car air freshener I ordered. I did receive tracking unlike some reviewers. It took two weeks to actually ship and has been MIA since. When I asked why it took two weeks to ship out, I was told it was because they moved warehouses and were therefore down for three days. What company would move warehouses during the holiday season? That makes no sense and I'm calling BS. But if I am giving them the benefit of doubt and they were down for three days, it still doesnt explain why it 14 days to ship out. And it's been about 10 days since it was "shipped" and still nothing.

I wish I had read reviews before spending $100. My order was confirmed Dec.5th, which I thought would provide plenty of time to receive it for Christmas gifts, especially with their “Fast Worldwide Shipping,” statement. Alas, here it is after Christmas, 22 days after my order was confirmed and still no product. Super disappointed.
