I've been a relatively long time user of AIVideo.com (going on my second year). They have the latest AI video rendering engines and you can select from among the most popular image generators as well. I've been impressed by their platform at its ability to manage the creative steps to get to the final product. Today, the built-in AI within AIVideo was assisting me with generating built-in reference images and nearly 1000 credits later, I didn't have any usable reference images. Knowing that credit refunds are rarely given, I asked anyway and the AIVideo.com support team credited the full amount! Not only that, their response time was lightning fast! This is one experience has just become one of the many reasons why I stick with AIVideo.com. Recently, I've been tempted to join hHggsfield, but it's instances like this that make AIVideo an absolute pleasure to work this.
Pro tip: Take things slow, piece by piece, in building your final product. It's similar to the Lego building process. One thing at a time, check, approve, and proceed with the next step.

I have been using Aivideo for some time now and have build a few channels with constant growth. Support is super fast and I have yet to have any issues. I highly recommend to anyone looking to streamline their workflow.

I was scammed. I was a paying customer with multiple monthly subscriptions including a couple of $299 purchases. I was literally PROMISED to get back the remaining credits I had left over if I go ahead and resubscribe. The communication for me to resubscribe was instant, of course. I was told I would get the credits right away. It's been almost 2 weeks no response to none of my emails, no credits that was promised via email over 3 times before I resubscribed. Once I paid poof, ghost. They have lost a value client because of their greed. They lied and are untrustworthy. I reported fraud because they did not hold up to their word.

I had an issue with a video and the response from support was quick and effective! I have made some really awesome videos with aivideo.com. I love it here!

I accidentally renewed my annual subscription and noticed a charge of $891. However, when I contacted customer support to explain that it was a mistake and that I hadn't used the service since the renewal, they responded incredibly fast. They processed a full refund immediately. Their customer service is exceptionally kind, professional, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

I'm happy with their service. I was getting billed long after I had canceled my subscription, and they refunded my money, so I'm happy.

its just ok.. I do believe that the platform doesnt generate what you want on purpose to burn your credits.. I asked them to refund some bad generations and it took days to get a partial refund. I was very hopeful for the platform,but there doesnt seem to be updates regularly. this platform is just a money grab in my opinion.

This platform steals your money so be careful. You can write a very specific prompt on exactly what you want down to the letter and it will purposely produce something else so that it can eat up your credits. Then it will apologize and screw up again. You will go through this process three or four times until it finally gets it right. It apologizes for burning your credits but it doesn't refund you any credits. I somehow think this is built in to the actual application itself for a money grab. I finally produced videos but it was like pulling teeth. Then I tried to cancel my auto pay for the subscription and they make it very difficult to do so. So I had to go to my bank and change my card number so they could not charge me anymore.

This is an excellent tool for video dj's .To be able to make content currently unavailable on most popular songs and add the visusal experience is a game changer for the video Dj, I am glad I discovered this

I was extremely happy with all the projects I have done with AI video. dot com, and one incident particular where the rendering wasn't to my liking. I reached out to the customer service and they were extremely professional and great in responding in a timely manner. And with a just heart and rapidly corrected the concern and refunded My credits, no questions asked so that I could properly fix my video. I've done videos with other platforms. And none have produced the quality of craftsmanship that this company has. I have to say they are the best platform that I've used. Thus far and would definitely recommend them to new customers. Thank you for Being such a great provider in the field that you're working in couldn't be more happy.

I paid for the “pro music video” service and was disappointed with the results. Instead of a professional music video, I received what felt more like a basic slideshow with minimal animation.

The bigger issue was that the generated character didn’t even match my actual branding/logo. My logo clearly represents a white character, but the output ignored that completely. When I contacted support, they only added simple animations to the slideshow instead of offering a proper fix or refund.

Overall, the final product didn’t match the advertising or expectations, and the customer service response didn’t resolve the issue. I personally wouldn’t use the service again.

Great platform to make a video. As for me, I use it for my songs, and very pleased with it!

There's a definite learning curve to try to master this medium, but it's well worth the effort and the product is beyond anything I could imagine. It's an opportunity to bring music to life at a fraction of the cost of professional movie studios. There are still a lot of gremlins and frustrations en route, but as technology improves it will only get better.

The "Heartache" of the Experience:
I’ve used both this and Luma Labs’ AI assistant. Luma’s agent is like a seasoned pro—it remembers conversations, follows logic, and is incredibly consistent. But Luma is not an ai powered cap cut. It just makes pics and vids.

By comparison, this tool feels like Luma's sibling who is still in special education. It’s a brilliant idea, but once you hand it over to the "AI Agent" for the magic to happen, the instructions get mangled and the glitches take over.

I’m not complaining about the price; I was a lot more money worth of wasted time just trying to troubleshoot the Software and I had in paying their money

I am happy to pay for a tool that works. I’m actually rooting for this team because I don't know of another AI video editor doing exactly this.

I’m going to stick with them a while longer because I want this to be my primary tool, but right now, the bugs make it a struggle for professional use. If they can get the AI agent to actually follow instructions and stabilize the speed, it will be unbeatable. Until then, proceed with patience

Thought this website would be cool, got the $100 plan, but had life commitments and didnt have time to use it. Emailed them saying will i lose my credits if i downgrade to the $20 plan and they confirmed i would not lose credits. came back 2 months later and like 9000 credit boom gone. They are not telling me they expire... Bad customer service, wont help at all and will blame you for something even if you show them screen shots. You're better off just creating your own AI agent on claude and just linking AI agents to other platforms.. stay away from these scummy sites.

I can generate all my assets and edit in one place, it's a much better experience than other AI platforms. I actually cancelled all my other AI subscriptions
