I have attended Advanced MS Teams Training, through recorded sessions. It's very effective training with real life example. Live lab demonstration is most effective in his trainings. Very highly recommend for complete picture of MS Teams. I will join any of his training because we can understand the passion and effort he is putting in his trainings for knowledge sharing.

I purchased a recorded training on Collaboration and learnt a lot about Azure, MSTeams and cisco.webex which greatly helped me at work as well as crack interview. I appreciate the time and effort of AJ and team in sharing knowledge through such detailed sessions.

I had taken Genesys cloud training in AJ labs. They provide very good explanation of key concepts from an Architect perspective. Labs are available 24bfor entire duration of course and was extended on request of student. I would recommend AJ labs for contact center training.

A big thank‑you to our trainer, Abdul (AJ). His deep knowledge and patience really stood out. He explained concepts clearly and used practical, real‑world examples that connected the material to situations a contact center professional may encounter in day‑to‑day work.

It included hands‑on scenarios for BYOC with cloud SBC, as well as API integration with third‑party applications such as Salesforce, Twilio, and ServiceNow.
