I recently joined the Genesys Cloud training at AJ Lab Training Class under trainer Abdul, and it has been one of the best learning experiences for me. Abdul’s teaching style is very friendly, practical, and easy to understand. He explains every concept with clarity and makes sure everyone in the class understands properly before moving forward.

Very good Genesys sessions by AJ. Anyone with a telephony/contact center background I would recommend this class.Complex things are explained in simple terms,which shows the knowledge and experience of the trainer.
