Awful Carrier
Pricing. Communications. Delivery date were all as advertised. Thank you!
So why only 3 stars?
In a word - DPD the sellers carriers. Despite being at home, no front door bell rung and later I found a card stating it would be delivered to a local DPD drop off point. This is a 17.5 kg (38.5 lb) bag. Due to parking restrictions it meant a reasonable walk from vehicle. DPD were contacted and their response was, if you've got a card it cannot be rescheduled.
This is not seemingly an issue with other carriers including Royal Mail.

Wrapped loosely in brown cardboard, so can used again for compost or heat.
Delivery not good - it was just left outside the door and no one rang the bell at all.
Not tried using it yet..you'd need to ask this question months after obtaining the product
