Following my application to the Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate, an investigation was conducted into the operations of Aksu Dental Art. As a result of this investigation, violations were established: an administrative fine has been imposed on the clinic, and the case materials have been forwarded to the financial authority.
Certain circumstances in this case have already received official confirmation.
Since a facility's operations, record-keeping, and financial processes are interconnected components of providing medical services, the established violations are a significant element in evaluating the clinic's performance.
I was forced to turn to the competent authorities because attempts to resolve the situation directly with the clinic's representatives yielded no results. It is unfortunate that under such circumstances, a patient is compelled to spend resources not only on treatment but also on defending their name.
