The worst online site iv ever played on still haven’t received my winnings it’s been over 3months waiting for my withdrawal. Never had a single response to my emails of complaint! Please avoid they don’t pay what’s rightfully yours

I’m still waiting for my withdrawal request of £4,350 I made on the 3rd of March.

I won $335 back in October 2025. I continued chasing every week. After 90 days, I was requested to cancel the withdrawal request and re-submit it. I did this in January 2026 and guess what ... I'm still waiting for my $335. I received an email yesterday advising me that my withdrawal had been "flagged" under their risk and fraud conditions. WTF!!! I've been 100% verified and don't get any response to my emails sent to their "support team". Live Chat - you just get the standard responses of "we're sorry..." "it's being processed ..." "we understand your frustration..." etc. etc.
I have today, 29.04.26, requested my withdrawal of $335 for the "THIRD TIME". If they need something else, why haven't they asked for it? I don't think I'll be holding my breath to receive my money - do you

This casino is aladdins gold. Total scam of a casino. They have another trust pilot account also. Leave reviews on that as they've claimed that one. They've changed the name by removing the d to fool people. It's the exact same company. Avoid at all costs. If you don't wanna get scammed . You click on the link at the top of the page where it says visit site. It takes you to ALADDIN’S GOLD casino and there making out they have nothing to do with the casino

I made a large withdrawal request on 20th March. I’ve been told it can take from 7 to 21 days for it to be processed. I will update on here as soon as it has been processed and in my bank account.

Tramite portali come Casino Guru sono venuto a conoscenza che questo sito opera con una licenza falsa. La loro tattica è riaccreditare i soldi sul saldo sperando che il giocatore li perda, rifiutando sistematicamente il prelievo. Se una piattaforma non ha 300€ da pagare dopo 5 mesi, significa che sono dei truffatori professionisti. Statene alla larga, non vedrete mai i vostri soldi!

I didn’t win on this casino. They don’t care about gamstop and they wouldn’t close my account for weeks. I had to persist and they don’t have a ADR provider so can’t escalate.

I cannot write a review unless I pick at least 1 star, however in reality I would give it 0 stars. Stupidly played on this site and won some money, I requested a withdrawal on 24 November and I’m still waiting for it. I’ve emails numerous times and said I wanted to raise a complaint but had no response. I have also spoken to the live chat pretty much every day for the 3/4 weeks and just keep getting fobbed off.
I get told there is a high volume of requests, they need to do extra security checks, waiting this long is extremely rare. They also say, I’ll send a reminder to the finance team and keep an eye on your account, yet absolutely nothing. The say the same thing every single time I use them. I think it’s a total scam and they have no intention at all of paying out the winnings.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!
