I have been taking Alaya Collagen and Creatine for a year now and definitely tell a difference. My hair, skin and nails are so healthy and my muscles feel amazing! I love that your collagen has glucosamine chondroitin for my joints. I’m able to be active and work out every day. I am 61 and feel like I’m 31! No aches or pains! I am able to keep moving!

I like this stuff
It was easy to order. Has everything I would want in a collagen powder, along with chrondroitin, glucosamine and MSM. Unflavored truly has no flavor. It really does work. I have no knee pain on the leg press machine anymore! My knee doesn't do that weird buckling thing anymore either. I will be 70 next month.
