Albion Forest

Mark has been our mortgage advisor since we were first time buyers in 2021. We have since used his services to find better mortgage deals, and to find us a mortgage on our new home which we have recently moved into. Our situation was not straightforward, but Mark still made it possible to find us a great deal!
Communication is excellent, he is very honest, trustworthy and charges a reasonable fee. Honestly he has made our house move possible - me and my husband are clueless on mortgages - we probably would’ve given up and not moved at all!
We will definitely be going back to Albion Forest in the future, and would highly recommend their service.

If you're thinking of getting a mortgage you don't need to go anywhere else. We were a very difficult case! We were turned down, but at Albion forest no mountain is too big to climb. They're unbelievably efficient, keep you updated, they are on the case. If you can be helped, this company will make it happen!
I just want to take my hat off to Mark! Albion Forest had already done their job for me, got our mortgage and I paid them for that. When after that though I had problems which were really nothing to do with them at all, he reached out, always answered the phone. Always replied to emails quickly. He saw it through right to the very end. Please, don't waste your time looking for your mortgage with anyone else. These people will literally move mountains. Thanks Mark! You're a legend!!!

My experience with Albion forest has been fantastic my case handler was Megan Buttle and I cannot recommend her enough she has been truly amazing at every step of my property purchase. I initially bought my first property with the help of Megan and also my next property which was a complicated purchase but she was fantastic she went out of her way to help me and supported me throughout the whole process. Megan is a person who I can trust whole heartingly especially when buying can be so stressful. Her recommendations have been amazing and I will always come back to Megan for any property matters or anything related to property she also helped me with insurances, etc and solicitor recommendations and they have all proven to be the right choices.

Mark and Stuart were undoubtedly the best brokers we could have chosen for our first time buying process. We encountered several hiccups and every time they were resolved with vigour and diligence by either Mark or Stuart. They never made us feel silly for asking basic questions and we're reassuring and encouraging throughout. We never had any problems getting hold of either of them and always had a speedy response. Highly recommend!

I originally called Mark earlier this year out of frustration when our current lender wouldn't stretch to the amount we needed to step up the next rung on the property ladder. I am so glad I picked up the phone; every step of the way Mark has been there for us. He worked really hard getting us the best interest rates and involving us in all the decisions we needed to make. He has been super professional and we are so so grateful- he made the whole process of getting a mortgage so much less stressful than it could have been- I have a baby on the way and we had some very tight deadlines for moving. Not only did Mark work quickly, he has saved us lots of money, accessing deals and the sort of borrowing we couldn't access on the high street.

We will be moving into our dream home next month and we have Mark to thank for that.
