The quality over the price was…

The quality over the price was extremely bad and Sizes were horrible.
It was sent to me from China a different return address was given to me.
I returned the items through the post office they never picked up the phone or collected it from the post office and was sent back to me.

I tried to solve the problem with them directly but unfortunately they told me to send the items back again with no guarantee through what I feel was AI based replies.

I’ve contacted them over mail and…

I’ve contacted them over mail and WhatsApp, and they don’t even reply. I’ve bought a jacket, and you would to return it - but their website is not allowing me to return it. Even though I have 14 days to return it. They promise you quick delivery, but I ordered my in December and first received it in 16 Jan. How is this possible, and why is the customer service so slow? I need a resolution on this matter, because it’s so frustrating.

Achtung Betrug!!!!?

Lange Lieferzeiten (über 1 Monat) wo man vorab nicht informiert wird…

Jacke sieht aus wie auf Bildern ein Artikel wurde gar nicht verschickt von zwei Jacken da die Produktionszeit noch länger gedauert hätte. Die Jacke wird aber auf x anderen Webseiten für die selbe Qualität angeboten. Ob Handmade stimmt ist fraglich.

Man muss der Ware selber hinterherlaufen…. Shop sollte mir seit über zwei Wochen eine Rückerstattung machen nach mehrmaligen erinnern passiert nichts.

Throughout our conversation, I did my absolute best to support you:

I responded to every single one of your messages, often within less than 24 hours.

I prioritized your order internally as soon as you mentioned your travel plans and content creation deadlines.

I contacted the courier personally to request they expedite and accelerate the delivery so you wouldn't have to pay extra for shipping.

I provided you with the manufacturer's tracking details and kept you updated on its movement through the domestic terminal.

We truly went above and beyond to ensure your jackets were ready and shipped in time for your trip. Given the amount of personal care and constant communication we provided, I would love to understand why you feel our service was poor so we can address your concerns.

Ich habe vor vier Wochen eine Jacke…

Ich habe vor vier Wochen eine Jacke bestellt und sie wurde immer noch nicht versendet. Auf mehrmalige nachfrage und bitte den Artikel nun zu stornieren wurde ich vertröstet, dass das nicht geht da sie schon im Versand wäre. Dies stimmt aber nicht und ich möchte die Jacke absolut nicht mehr haben. Da mir vier Wochen + die Zeit die nun verstreichen wird bevor sie versendet wird und ankommt auch eine lange Zeit beanspruchen wird. Nichts davon wurde auf der website angemerkt. Angeblich seien die Jacken „handmade“ nach langer nachforschung habe ich einige andere Websites entdeckt die diese identische Jacke auch anbieten. Also möchte ich nun einfach endlich mein Geld erstattet bekommen und die Jacke nicht mehr haben.

It’s been more than 3 weeks and my…

It’s been more than 3 weeks and my order still isn’t shipped. I know they claim the items are “made to order”, but that just feels like an excuse at this point. If production takes that long, maybe plan ahead and make stock before selling? Every other store manages to ship in a few days. This whole experience really doesn’t inspire confidence in this brand - it’s honestly very frustrating.
