Every time I shop at Alien Outfitters I always find something new! I love that they have such an amazing variety of objects and clothing. Even when I can’t buy, I still look through everything on their website and save things I’d like to buy next.

I have never had a bad experience with alien outfitters. I love their products and their community so much!

Please, please, please! Do not buy from Alien Outfitters! They steal from independent artists and profit off of stolen work. They have stickers with stolen fanart, adult toys that weren't originally made by them, and a even magnets that still have the watermark of the original artist/company on them. They think they can take someone else's hard work, make a few minor changes and resell the item.

If you do decide to make a purchase from this company please understand that by buying from them you are supporting theft from indie artists. If you like the work then buy from the indie artist.

Super fast shipping, excellent costumer service. They work really hard to make sure they fix any problems and get your order to you fast. The site is constantly listing new items and listening to costumers wants.

Alienoutfitters has a really amazing website layout that makes finding everything easy. The clothes are incredibly soft and the house wears and jewelry are very well made and durable. Everything ships out super fast and always includes cute little notes and stickers for free in your package. Everything is hand packed and shipped out buy the owner (ONE. PERSON.) we takes careful time and pride in making sure every package shipped out is perfect. They care so much about their costumers and are very quick to respond if you're unhappy with anything, instantly making sure they fix it. They even feature costumers in their clothes on their social media. They go above and beyond for their costumers.
One woman built the entire brand. Packs, ships, stocks, and monitors everything and yet still manages to fulfill every single order in time even through holiday/sale rushes.

All in all incredible store. Incredible sight incredible people.

Horrible customer service, if your item gets lost or stolen and it's out of stock, they'll offer you something cheap like a key chain to make up for it.

Rude and bitchy. I’ve witnessed customers be told “bye betch your blocked” by Alienoutfitters themselves to a customer. I have photo proof. All they’re stock is just cheap stuff off wish and eBay, I know because I also had my own online business and sold a lot of the exact same stock but not for the ridiculous price they were offering. If you would like to spend $80 on something that cost $8 sure go right ahead.

I bought a product from their website for $130 only to have a friend send me a picture of an identical product on Amazon for $80. They're never getting my money again.
