Top-class small business, run by people who really care about their customers and go above and beyond to deliver the goods. We were recently sent a lovely pair of cotton pyjamas for my mother, who was recovering in hospital in France. The package got lost in the system, but not only did Niall and Serena track, trace and deliver the goods a second time, they also didn't charge for delivery and stayed in constant touch by WhatsApp about the order. The pyjamas are top-quality cotton, reasonably priced, beautifully made and wash really well and came wrapped with love in tissue paper. Couldn't recommend more. Thank you!

They kept in touch constantly in progress of the item to me, responded instantly to any query and when Royal Mail made a mistake on delivery adding a cost which I could not recover from them THE COMPANY REPAID THAT COST TO ME. Imagine a company doing that. Never had such a good online experience.
