The feeder I purchased is well made and does exactly what it was advertised to do.

The item was well packaged and arrived within the stated time.

A pleasure to do business with.

What a lovely, lovely product (the bird feeder guard). I finally put it up and all the little birds came right away, and the big ones are lying low. It's handsome and well made too. Thank you! PS also such nice customer service xx

Great product delivered quickly and efficiently

Clearly a company who care. Excellent personal communication skills by the owners. I’m plagued by pigeons and magpies so I decided to try the feeder recommendations of this company. Some products are worth paying a little extra for, the construction quality is exceptional.

Lovely purchase. Bird feeder & a lovely big bag of food for the birds. Our garden has become a very popular spot for birds in early January.

Wonderful small company offering great bird feeders .Fast delivery and good prices

Very pleased with my two bird feeders - especially the starling / squirrel proof set which I can confirm the squirrel has not figured out and the starlings are too big to clear it out.
Great service and lovely products

I found this birdhouse online but it was sold out on multiple other sites. I was pleased to find it in stock from this company, as it was for a dear friend. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the item and the diligent customer service. I would 100% order from this business again, as even though it was Christmas time the item was shipped at a fast pace! Thank you :)

Great experience from Clare, loved supporting this small business. I will be ordering again soon.

What a lovely company! Great ethics shown really clearly through the website and marketing. We found so many great gifts so also a really thoughtful and current selection in the shop.
Thank you and definitely a trusted brand!

Great product, and delivered exactly as described and quicker than expected. Would definitely recommend

The service was very friendly. Not rushed and felt personal. Was made very easy fir me. I am sure the product will be excellent but will need to wait till after Christmas to get feedback from my sister. Thank you.

Good price, order posted quickly with a lovely note inside and bird feed sample. Made me feel like the order was appreciated. I ordered 2 of Simon Kings Medusa Bird Feeder Defender to stop the crows from eating all the bird food. It works very well.

Birds eats everything . They love it

So good to actually be able to deal and speak to a person.

The lady who owns this company really loves her birds and that we look after them especially at this time of the year.

I have recently received my first packet of brid food. So good as the right food is included for the right time of the year.

I will certainly use, a little bird company again.

Great service, first was broken(fault of delivery man throwing over gate!) Replace very quick with no hassle
Would buy again from you.

Top quality product that the birds love. They would fill the feeders themselves if they could.

Great seasonal mix that the birds are absolutely loving!

Great customer service, lovely gift subscription. Look forward to using you again soon.

The bird seed attracts loads of birds to my feeders (including goldfinches!) and the customer service is always top notch. Would recommend :)
