Very good interactive and prompt customer service when Royal Mail misdirected my order!!

The fast deliver service and after sales help was very good and helped a lot to sort the problem I encountered.
The size for my dog was more for the XL size but in reality, he required the L size. Lip kindly allowed me to return the harness for the L and still guided me further about fitting properly.

Well designed harness, great adjustments for my often hard to fit Weimaraner and he enjoys wearing it, and after only two days he responds to it and the pulling has reduced.

I made a mistake in ordering but Anna from Barkridges was incredibly helpful. The harness is extremely well made and strong. Equally well designed and thought out for a comfortable fit. Not only that it’s the easiest harness to put on a dog ,who would much rather you didn’t, that I have found.

I really like Max's new chest plate harness from Barkridge's; we'd been recommended by the vet to get this type of harness to prevent future shoulder issues and so far Max seems to be really comfortable in it. It fits well, looks super smart and is great value for money.

I ordered the tru fit comfort harness for my gsd, Bruce, after seeing it online and getting frustrated with my boys constant pulling on walks. Initially I ordered the wrong size that was too loose at the front, so after speaking with Anna at Barkridges then got the correct size which has worked a treat, pulling is significantly reduced and it is once again a pleasure to walk Bruce. Great product, amazing customer service and quick delivery, I would reccomend anyone to try this harness if their dog is a puller

Customer Service was very helpful we followed the guideline and ordered a medium for our dog. Recommended was a bit big for him. Ordered the small one but that was too small. A little bit awkward to try and size him up decided to keep the both harnesses as we have a smaller dog, but none of them really fit all that well unfortunately but the product is excellent quality
