The delivery company lost my order. When I informed Clare she made sure I received a replacement within a few days and a hand written apology card. There isn't many Companies who would do this for you.

Also my birds cant get enough of this food. They are literally sitting on the brick wall or in the trees waiting for me to go out with their breakfast every day.

Excellent service, speedy ordering and delivery. Will definitely use again.

Hi I’ve tried to email twice about my delivered order. I only received one flutter butter bundle when I ordered and paid for two. Can you please let me know what is happening about the flutter butter bundle which I am still waiting for. Thank you

Good products, personal attention to service.

Happy with my purchase.
Birds seem happy😌

Very pleased with bird feeder. Arrived in good condition and Clare was very helpful concerning delivery. Thank you.

Excellent customer service
Easy to navigate website,
Environmentally conscious and Especially passionate about what they do...

Discovered A Little Bird Co and liked that that the bird feed was tailored to the seasons. We noticed a huge difference in the birds that visited our garden - a much greater variety. Clare always appreciates your order and sends a personalised note every time. Will definitely keep buying from here, and particularly as I love supporting small businesses.

Prompt delivery, good quality product.

I love the personal touch with a little card from Clare and the very interesting bird information in emails. And my birds absolutely love the food thank you!

Lovely independent business, clearly a lot of work and thought goes into providing high quality products, speedy shipping and very well packaged with personal touches! Thank you from me and all the new birds in my garden

We originally ordered a Flutter Butter Starter Pack at the Chelsea Flower Show. After a few weeks of getting used to it the birds started to visit it constantly. They have taken to it so much we have since stocked up on the refill pods, which are really easy to replace in the feeder. We have seen Blue, Great and Coal Tits, Magpies and a Great Spotted Woodpecker enjoying the Flutter Butter.
We are glad to be supporting a small, independent business and will be placing more orders in the future. Thank you!

Great products, great service, and the personal touch is appreciated from Clare, thank you!

Nice selection of products on the site and very fast shipping. One happy customer:)

Great bird food and service
Birds love it

Quick service, well priced, and good customer service all at a competitive price.

Really pleased with item and excellent customer service. A pity that the courier service let them down. Would recommend.

Great product. Birds love it and I love reading the accompanying leaflet. Once when they missed the leaflet out of my box they posted it with a personal apology the next day before I got a chance to complain - personal touch you get from a small business.

What a fantastic small business. Brilliant service and delivery with a touch of personal care makes this company exceptional. My purchase of the Squirrel Buster is giving me many moments of pleasure watching the robins and blue tits feed from it. No sign of any pesky squirrels yet!
