I received my order in a timely fashion. I ordered a gold locket with two photos The inscription on the front is so small it can barely be read. And the locket is hard as ever to get open. I usually have to use a knife to get it open.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT order from this place. I never received my order. They told me so many times “rest assured we are doing what we can” and I still have not received my original order nor my replacement. Do not waste your time, money or trust in this website. I wish I had looked at these reviews before wasting my money. Customer service is worthless and a waste of time. One woman even told me that the replacement order had the same tracking number as my original order…..uh HELLOOOOO???? Who has ever heard of this before. That didn’t fool me for a second. Don’t waste your time. There’s a reason they don’t even have Google reviews, that website would be taken down for fraud.

ordered two necklaces as christmas presents 11 december.

no delivery date given, several emails before christmas expressing concern, replies were ' we will have our shipping department look into it'.

as of january 03, no advice given as to delivery.

disputed charge 03 january - hope i get my money back.

This company is a complete SCAM. Ordered earrings for my son for Christmas. Paid expedited shipping. Didn’t receive anything called a couple times before Christmas and fedex lost the item. The customer service representative told me a new one was shipped and I would still receive on time. We are now in January still haven’t received. No tracking available. Called multiple times and am given many different stories. Have asked for a supervisor multiple times and they are never available. Still no item and no refund. They are a total scam I would not recommend anybody order from the company. Different names for company as well. Alivia and Danny is one Pictures on Gold is another. Beware. I have also file a complaint with BBB. Would give Zero starts if it let me!

Alivia and Danny is the worst jewelry store in the world. Customer service very rude and they take no returns.
I ordered a plain charm…no personalization at all. It arrived and it is too small.
The woman that answered the phone told me to “go get a ruler and measure it. We custom make all of our jewelry daily and ship it out same day.”Are they serious?? Who can believe that a jeweler has a staff to melt and form jewelry on site daily???

Do not order from them as you will lose your money and be very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Ordered a pendant with a photo on it and engraved in the back as part of my daughter’s college graduation gift I paid clearly over $100 for this piece of junk within two days. It’s already tarnished in the back and the photo the color is changing. I contacted customer support and they did nothing for me stay away from this company

I got a police badge from them. The item was not at all how they advertised and it was paper thin 14k gold. That company definitely does false advertising and they rip people off.

Our experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. We contacted them well in advance to ensure our order would arrive in time for our daughter’s birthday. Not once did anyone inform us of any issue, delay, or pricing problem. We waited with no updates, only to later be told the order had never shipped — and that they needed an additional $75 to proceed.

This level of communication and service is unacceptable. The delay ruined our plans, and the lack of transparency made the situation even worse. We would not recommend ordering from this company based on our experience.

SCAM!! CHEAP made in China -no returns allowed and NOT made to order as they tell you save your $175 and go to a real USA site or jewelry store

The product that I received looked as if NO pride was used in crafting it. I am completely unsatisfied with my purchase. The purchase was non-refundable. So, I am stuck with dealing with this company. They gave me a bunch of “I’m sorry” which did nothing for me. They offered to “try again” but I have no confidence that the replacement will be any better especially since seeing that so many other buyers have had the same experience as me. I wish that I could post pictures but this site doesn’t offer the option. So, I am going to find more sites to post my horrible experience to that allow pictures.

Very disappointed in the product I received. Nothing like the photos on the website. The pendant is dark and dingy. Would not recommend jewelry from this site (alivia + danny)
