Brother Asad is absolutely amazing, he took his time out daily to find the best package for me whilst serving others. He is someone I would strongly recommend to go to or ask if if you’re looking to book umrah or package holidays. He is very polite and very professional. Brother Asad was very helpful to show many quotes for umrah and diffrent budgets, he was quick, resourseful and very kind. I would reccomend Alkhair as I travelled to Umrah in September 2025 using their packages and in sha Allah looking to book again next year.

Alkhair Travel have really changed
Alkhair Travel have really changed, they don’t care about the Customers like they used to. I was recommended by someone who praised their work but my experience with them is a shame. No respect at to the customers of minority backgrounds, the treatment is not the same and my fellow Muslims don’t waste your time and money.
I deposited money for Umurah and that was when everything started. I was promised a visa in 4 days and as am writing this message, it’s been 2 weeks and am still waiting. Communication is poor and they make empty promises and full of lies. I won’t and I will never recommend any good Muslim to them

Warning based on my experience with AlKhair Travel
I would strongly advise anyone considering booking with AlKhair Travel to be very careful.
I paid money towards an Umrah package, but I was later told there was no flight and that my flight had been cancelled by the airline. I was not informed about this until I contacted them myself to arrange payment of the remaining balance.
After finding this out, I asked for my money back, but they refused to refund me.
This has been an extremely disappointing and stressful experience. I am sharing what happened to me so that others can be cautious before handing over their money.

Booked my umrah with Al Khair, brother Zeeshan has been fantastic at all times. From getting a good price, hotels, flights and guides to asking those daft questions. No matter what time of day it is, Zeeshan was always available and answered instantly.
