We have been speaking with travel consultant Zain
We have been speaking with travel consultant Zain who has been helping us to find the perfect umrah package for us. We had tight budget, quite a lot of changes in terms of hotels and specific needs so Zain kindly spent a lot of his time to make sure the package worked for us; despite constant requests to change things, he never gave up and continued to try to find the best possible package for us financially and location wise as being as close as possible with reduced distance was important to us. The communication from Zain and Al Khair travel in general was very good and they were open to answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. We have not yet gone to umrah but inshallah the umrah experience will be a testament to Zain's kindness and efforts, we hope to make plenty of dua for him inshallah. We appreciate all the time spent to support us it has not gone noticed.

We booked our umrah package with Aisha from the start to the end she was very good explained everything. The hotels were good just was disappointed with the flights would not use the airlines again.
