Scam company because…
I think this is a scam company because nobody answers the phone. There are multiple mobile numbers and different company names. I booked an umrah package, paid a deposit and 50% of the cost and they are not responding to calls, emails or texts. I have no information on the VISA or next steps and I am due to travel in a week. If you are in the UK, be warned because this company and its staff are not in the UK, they have people in Pakistan that handle the bookings and getting a hold of someone is impossible. I think I have been scammed. The ATOL certificate is also worthless. They don’t accept card payments and request payment by bank transfer too. They are scamming people out of hard earned money. This is terrible and I can’t believe I fell for it.
