I spoke with brother Mehtab at Alkhair Travel and cannot speak highly enough of his service. He assisted me with an Umrah package and paid close attention to every detail. The flights, hotel, and transfer arrangements were clearly explained, he was always prompt and helpful in responding to any questions I had.
Overall, the service was excellent, and everything was handled professionally and smoothly. I would definitely use Alkhair Travel again and would highly recommend them to others.

I booked my trip well a head to accommodate needs of elderly travelling with us and before confirming the booking I made clear my requirements and invoice was signed and confirmed by both parties
Umrah trip was planned for 26/3/26 and Alhumdulillah we was able to perform it
Brother Umair has been very helpful throughout however the agreement was haram view rooms as the invoice was signed but till last day before the ever to travel no confirmation was received from hotel reservation team
Manager never personally handled any query and I been advised each time to wait when I have 3 wheel chair user passengers wheel chairs were not arranged
And through our 10 days we never get to have haram view rooms which were agreed due to disable elderly who were unable to personally visit haram for each pray due to health reasons and whole experience was very stressful and disappointed

Brother Zeeshan was excellent from start to finish from the original booking, price, accommodation and being available on WhatsApp at most times for any concern. The package given by him was excellent too hotels were near haram , shuttle services were good too. Will definitely book with Zeeshan again.

Mixed Experience with Al Khayr (Umrah +…
I have been using Al Khayr since 2019, and Brother Zeeshan has always been my main point of contact. As usual, he handled our arrangements, this time organising a multi‑city trip that included Umrah during the last ten days of Ramadan, followed by travel from Madinah to Bangladesh.
Overall, the trip was well‑coordinated, especially the flight rescheduling and the accuracy of all flight timings. Brother Zeeshan’s communication and support were excellent throughout—he checked in on us while we were in Saudi Arabia, in Bangladesh, and again after we returned to the UK.
However, there were two major issues that affected our experience:
Hotel in Makkah (Emar Andalusi)
We were given an extremely small room with two single beds, a broken AC unit (the cover nearly fell on my face), and a very poor bathroom setup where the shower was directly over the toilet with no proper separation. This was far below the standard we expected.
Taxi to Madinah:
The taxi was parked a 20‑minute walk from the hotel, and the vehicle itself was in worrying condition—old, unstable, and clearly not well maintained.
I understand that some of these problems were due to the hotel and taxi providers rather than Al Khayr directly, but they still impacted our overall experience.
Despite these issues, I appreciate the parts of the trip that were handled well, especially the flights, the hotel in Madinah and the consistent support from Brother Zeeshan.
