Great experience buying a house from Allam Homes
Glenn was extremely helpful in answering all of our queries. He explained quite clearly the whole process of purchasing the property to us. He also detailed out the post-purchase support process in case of any defects. Also it was great to avail the discount on the property :)
Glenn did two back to back property inspections (Sat-Sun) and helped us decide in choosing the right house for us.

Awesome maintenance supervisor
The maintenance supervisor, Murray White, was awesome. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions . He was very accommodating regarding meeting times and was meticulous in his attention to detail related to the finished house and minor touch ups.

House deffects
The house have heaps of flaws Such as door knobs malfunctions, screen door that doesn't lock, uneven tiles, uncovered manhole,and vibration when the kitchen blower turned on to name a few. Which the other household have the same problem.

This is a lifestyle decision.
From the first contact the staff have been really good.
They have presented themselves and the product with confidence and sincerity. The sales staff were easy to deal with and tried hard to keep us informed along the way but this seemed to be difficult at times. Once a date had been set the venue manager and site operations manager were extremely helpful and made the moving in easy.

Monterey Experience
Right from the start we were treated with friendly sales staff ( Lisa and Anna ). They were extremely helpful and professional with all our issues.
Brett and Brendan continued the great experience with the handover and settlement.
The only issue I have is with the uncertainties of future developments, such as:
: Will the estate be gated ?
: Will there be a dog leash free park .
: Will there be a proper, larger caravan storage compound.
