So helpful with my Mother's Deceased Estate
I had calls from 3 local agents within only a few hours of enquiring on OpenAgent about selling my late mother's house.
All 3 agencies offered plenty of helpful advice about how to optimally prepare the house for the market.
All of them prepared appraisals to assist with the application for probate.

Unfortunately the location of our "for sale" property was not in an area easily serviced by agents used by OpenAgent, so I contacted other agents nearby.
