Steve came round today and inspected the job, everything was OK, I don't think he realises how much his work has improved the lives of two OAPs.

Cannot recommend highly enough!!
This company was extremely helpful from the very first phone call I had with them.
I explained that i had just been let down by another company, as they were not on the onboarding list with my local council.
Nathan was my first point of contact and he talked through all my options, after I explained to him that although working full-time, I am currently in an IVA and had no way to pay for a new boiler that was urgently needed and my last one had given up the ghost after 25 years. Within a couple of days, they sent someone to do a thorough survey.
Once that was done, I supplied the project manager, Chris, with all necessary documentation and he completed all the application forms required.
Within a couple of weeks, Liam & Andy were at my house to first install the new combi-boiler to replace the broken conventional boiler, and then a week later came back to instal new radiators in rooms that required them. Those two lads worked exceptional hard in difficult circumstances and were extremely neat and tidy.
A couple of days after that Chris made the journey to come and inspect the work, in readiness for the audit inspection by a third party.
I now have a fully warm house after years of it not being the case.
In no small part, its thanks to this wonderful company.
