Great device, would use again

I drove to Allens in Southampton to see Kirsty,who helped me select spring green table clothes for my informal 70th birthday party.Kirsty went the extra mile to support me on my colour and price selection.
On the Friday the delivery man was on time and carried up 2 large cloth bags of beautifully ironed and packed clothes.We used a local hall and the long table clothes transformed the trestle tables !
After the party,the Monday pick up man was
friendly and on time.
I would not hesitate to recommend Allens service for anyone organising a celebration.

I have been using Allens for some years, why, because they do things amazingly well, right across the company, from sales (who are often my table designers!that ensure my client gets the best look for that event),delivery team who are always efficient and cheerful, warehouse team for sourcing items that are a one off, to accounts team for when I need a gentle nudge!
I am a small event company, but the service I get is huge, the quality of the produce is always the best, delivered on time, then when a client (on the day ) changing things, they just jump in and rescue me.
Hospitality is not an easy world, but Allens make it easier.

Tim at Allens went above and beyond when we discovered we had no ovens arriving the day before a wedding for 250 people. He was so helpful and did everything he could to help. I could not recommend using Allen's more!

Dominique was very helpful, friendly and courteous when I discussed our needs with her by phone. Delivery and collection were on time, and the drivers were both efficient and friendly. The entire eastleigh team are simply just amazing! Shaun, Vicki, Kirsty and Marek all work seamlessly to ensure great equipment is always delivered on time with no issues - nothing is ever too big or to small and are always an amazing help even at the very last minute! We use Allen’s regularly for a wide variety of events and they are our go to place for equipment hire!

Surinder is incredibly responsive. She knows exactly what to replace an item with if the original option is not available. Major attention for detail and when you are working on a last minute project it just makes you feel much more at ease.
