DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! I bought two telescoping rods that totaled over $250. When I received them, both the tips were broken. I contacted them and set up a return, which I had to pay for shipping. When they received the items, they told PayPal that I had damaged the product and there wouldn’t be a refund. Luckily I took pictures when I received the items and PayPal refunded me. Igor then started emailing me calling me a liar and that I should pay at least half. PLEASE GO TO A REPUTABLE RETAILER.

I bought a fishing rod described as built with pure Japanese carbon and it costed me 200 Canadian dollars including shipping and customs fees. But I received a cheap and low quality Chinese made product. The print on rod doesn’t match the picture posted on allfishingbuy.com. This product is sold at about US$23 on a Chinese site Taobao (Alibaba). Be aware this merchant is cheating on what he is selling.

I purchased two rods at $180 each. After I paid $360, they shipped within a few days and I received the product in a timely manner. I’ve purchased many rods over the years and they seemed like a decent company. Both rods came with broken tips and the solution was to either return them or they will send me rod tips to fix them myself. I didn’t want to just glue new tips on a rod that is now shorter because the breakage, so I sent them back. When they received them they made a false claim with PayPal that I sent them empty packaging and that they would not refund my purchase like previously agreed upon. PayPal was great and issued me a refund after I provided tracking information and a shipping manifest. I also had surveillance footage of the rods being packed at the shipping company but that was not needed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Save yourself some trouble and buy at a more reputable dealer. If I had shipped these from a company that couldn’t provide me with all the info, I would have been screwed!

It has very bad post-purchase service. They couldn't able to produce or find a replacement section for a rod for more then half a year and then just ceased communications.
