WOW WOW WOW!!!

i came here after hitting my head at other stores to find a dress that made me feel beautiful.
the staff at the Cribbs causeway store were insane! i left almost in tears because they were so nice to me, they complimented my choice, gave me advise and on a meh day made me feel special - thank you so much and will be back 10000000%

Really helpful staff took my choices to changing room for me to save me carrying them. Very good reduction on Massai clothing. Bought a beautiful jumper.

Lovely shop. Designer clothes at the 3rd of the price. The staff are helpful. Fetching and changing items to try on. Nothing was too much trouble. I love the store , always find something to buy.

I was overcharged for handbag I bought by £30. I realised whilst on my way home. I called up the store and went back to get my refund. I found the cashier very confusing. She said she’ll offer me a refund on the bag and that she would put the purchase through on the correct price. She said I can choose a wallet for 10% off. I ended up being charged more in the second transaction, £169 for the bag and the additional wallet. So my first transaction was £324 and second was £165. I’m still waiting for the refund and have almost £500 missing from my account. I’m not impressed at all. I just wanted my £30 back.

A lovely welcome as i entered the store, very helpful and approachable staff couldn’t be better. Great service with out pushing the sale.

I have been in multiple times and every single time the staff are so incredibly helpful. They know their products and offer genuine and helpful support whilst in the changing rooms. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

The service is always fantastic here, a had a couple of dresses in my hand and the shop assistant kindly took them to the changing room for me. As I had my baby in my pram she put me in the biggest changing room that had plenty of space for the buggy. Small things like that go a long way in retail customer service !

Only negative is that there is too many on the rails and quite a few fall off hangers to the floor
Good reductions and lovely that a donation goes to planting trees

This is only the 2nd time I have been in the store. The first being a week before hand. What have I been missing !
I was so lucking to find Wyse London in the store. My favourite brand of all time.
Jasmine assisted me in the changing rooms. I can not remember the last time I received such fabulous customer service. 5*. She is a absolute credit to your company. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable. Not looking for just a sale, she made me feel like she cared how I looked in the dresses, Gave me honest advice. I only needed 1 dress. Thanks to Jasmine I purchased 3. The other 2 I have hidden in my wardrobe. She help me choose 3 timeless classics that shall be worn for years. Worth every penny.
